If there was an NPC who could reduce a certain amount of XP in a certain combat skill for a certain amount of GP, it would be great for those accidently trained skills. Rich people would be able to adjust their stats to however they wanted to suit them best. They could train with really high defense so to use less food and get it done quicker, then set it back to 1 defense... Not a very good idea. Just remove the Defense. And you have an ultimate pker. Doens't sound to well... Only drop traders, which most pures are. But if this is implemented, you could be a pure easily without being a drop trader, so I don't think JAGeX would mind. Why do you resist? OT this would be something for pures only, i believe it would be better if turn it around, a minigame where you have the risk of losing exp but with very high rewards.
