balanced\medium is above 115-180lb

Uh, Aussies don't talk in pounds lol. However light is about 40-60kg medium is 61-95kg and heavy is 95kg +. However this doesn't always work as muscle is heavier then fat soooo if your strong you'll be heavier but not nesecsarly fatter.
