Keep in mind noobs are only noobs for so long (unless you're of the mentality where eveyone with a lower combat level than you is a noob, in which case you're someone elses noob). I'd keep the quests. I'd like to throw out people under 13 (too immature), macroers and scammers. However if I can only choose one, I'd say people under 13. Macroers will only get their own accounts stolen, and scammers will eventually get caught.

I'd get rid of the no macroing RULE. Think about it, if you could macro, would others being able to do so bother you any more? I'd keep the no multi-logging rule though. If enforced, it would put everyone on an even playing field again.

Thing I'd throw out of Runescape: anyone suggesting we let autoers in without trying to stop them. I don't find woodcutting/fishing/mining/flax picking/firemaking etc to be 'fun.' I'd rather be able to set a macro, let my guy gather up all the supplies I need to play, then come home and go fight monsters and do minigames, things I actually consider fun.

I vote random events. I know they're to remove the macroers but I HATE them. Very annoying while I am trying to gain levels. Let's go back to the old days when you could power mine for days and not see a single random event!!
