It isnt that hard to look for that skill total + the xp needed for an f2per... there is only 1 f2p player with 99 prayer, altough i know other F2P rich players who got 99 prayer banked there must be 1000ths f2p players with at least 1 99. rsname: lord rex.december 2011: ranked 107th best f2p playermarch 2012 became member.
