I know a couple f2p guys that have 99 stats: one is named bemetal (but I don't remember what # he has after his name) & then darth joker is 99 mining - used to sell me tons of ores & bars (is why my smithing is higher than my mining) F2P buying: iron ore 75+ coal 170+, addy ore 900+, rune ore 10K+ ("+" = for large quantities or if I really want it)Selling: anything (F2P) addy & up to rune full helms (with stout) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Someone mentioned that you couldn't know if someone had #-o - I was saying that you could know if there was :| & there wasn't yet any f2p that had all 99's yet! Mendark 9 is the closest to that & no mendark isn't 126 combat as someone pointed out because he doesn't have 99 prayer - and franzk isn't the only one f2p 126 combat though, I've met several personally! :notalk: (& I'm thankful that they couldn't attack me in 46 wild when I was mining runite!) No one knows for sure whether there is or isn't a f2per with 99 everything now do they!?!? The f2p person with the most exp is Syzygy. The f2p person with the most exp in n1 skill is Revelwood. To answer your quesion DARK, there are a lot of people with level 99 skills and are f2p. It's not that hard to get 99 cooking. I know someone that has 99 cooking and is f2p. His RSN is Jimbhello. Working on 99 range and mage at the moment :-P got it banked but i r lazy :oops: To willski4beer, nope, only 1 f2p 126 at the moment, syzygy's almost there just 4 levels to go :), you probably saw p2p 126s on f2p pking at rocks. Guide to the answer to your question.. 1) Calculate the total level of the person that would be Maxed out total in f2p. By doing all f2p skills x 99 + all member skills x 1 = .. the number of the total level of a fully maxed out F2P. 2) Watch the highscores and scroll till you find the approriate total level. 3) Click all players who have this total level, only the players of this total level with minimal 100M experience, as it takes the number of F2P skills x 13M exp to get it max F2P. 4) You have found your answer.
