Elders scrolls III Bloodmoon. Dang werewolves.

yep and morrowind it self is also far to big to realy win al side quests and besides it got very much replay- valeu cause of the choiches you have to make so i think morrowind (tribunal and bloodmoon)

I'm pretty sure I completed almost every single side quest, there might be one or two random people out there I haven't talked to yet that give a quest. I also uncovered every square on the map, and went into every dungeon I saw. I probably missed some, but I got most of them :P .

Chip's Challenge. I don't know which level I left on, but I know I didn't yet complete it.

The Lion King on the SNES...

...How in the SMEG do you get past the level with the 3 volcanos at the end. Nothing happens! Where the hell do you go?!

Hah, oh wow I remember that game. :) I only managed to get to the hyenas though. :( I always lost my lives on the second level with the music and such.

Didn't "love" the game, per say, but it was a good game.

I'm not sure of any games that managed to beat me. :P I ususally just maniacally play it until I have completed it. I think the only game I haven't beaten, yet I love to play, is FFVIII. I just cannot beat Ultimecia - the final boss. :x Especially her Guardian Force, it's just too powerful.

going even more retro... i remembered one which i did EVENTUALLY finish.

on the amiga.. gravity force.

it was a flying your little ship around, collect the cargo and take it back to base game, with loads of different enemy ships/turrets, magnets, HEAVY cargo, etc etc. no health, so one touch of a wall, or one shot, or land too hard and your dead. good fun but frustrating.. still remember all the passwords:

babelfish - level 180 60th place

strongguy - level 173 69th place

Morrowind: Oblivion. It wasn't that it is too hard, it's just that I spent 60 hours of gameplay doing sidequests and eventually got bored :P

I did beat Prince of Persia though (1 and 2)... those took me forever.

Ah Prince of Persia i had quite the same situation as you , did have the manual , and had to guess which was a pain in the [wagon] i never got past 4 or 5th level i dont remember.

Lion king , i played that game 500000 million times but never knew how to finish that 3 or 4th level yet.

Chrono Cross on ps1, that must have been my favourite game ever untill i reached a challenge that i couldnt finish and quit the game, untill i came one year later and magically finished it with ease , then directly after it i faced a challenge that i couldnt finish and never did till this day lol.

If you have the Angelo card, refine it for 100 Megalixiers. It's a big, big help.

Do you mean Morrowind and Oblivion? Or do you mean The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind? Or possibly The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion?

I have a funny phobia of ghosts of little girls, especially when they wear red. It just freaks the hell out of me.

Played like 3\4 of it and just couldn't take it anymore.

I can't play it anymore because I don't have enough time to play it in the day and it just freaks me out at night.

Silent hill two. I remember just walking up and down a road for ages not knowing what to do next. Just gave up and forgot about it :)

oh man, add resident evil : code veronica to my list.

I remember playing it on the dreamcast and I finaly got up to the end of the first disk. Problem is is that I had used up nearly every piece of my healing objects and that boss was suposed to be the hardest boss in the game. #-o

I tried to beat it a hundered times but I couldn't, so I gave up.

as a kid, I could not beat sonic, I only made it to like 4 or so levels.

Btw you might want to change the word win in your title to "beat" as the word win doesn't make sense the way you phrased it.

Teenage Mutant Turtles for Super Nintendo. We could only get to the third level. The first level was just fighting a bunch of bad guys through a lava place, the second level you were falling the whole time and you had to avoid [bleep]es and stuff, and the third level was wierd you were surfing on a checkerboard or something I don't know, but it was hard.

Supermonk, proving you wrong since 1992.

Supermonk rocks, I want to have his children.

Music is like candy. You always get rid of the rapper.

Bah, SNES. I had the TMNT NES game. Now that was hardcore.

Majoras Mask, Stupid Stone Tower arghh it be confusling me, I still have it and I'm still stuck on it! I really don't care though. :D Zelda games are always fun, right now, I'm trying to Complete Twilight Princess with 3 hearts!

I found Zelda-Ocarina of Time, pretty hard too, but a friend of mine helped my through the Forest Temple. Apart from that, I finished it all on my own

Ughhh, water temple, the WORST gaming experience ever probably.

Chess, Stratego, and Backgammon. But it doesn't help laying against a person with immense strategy and having none yourself.

Also Age Of Empires II.

Boo to card refining!

I never found Ultimecia challenging. It's annoying if you don't get the party you want, but still, I think I beat her first time round.

La lune ne garde aucune rancune.

You can't beat age of Empires 2? No offense, but that game takes a while, but is pretty hard to lose at, even at the hard difficulty settings.

For me:

Sonic Spinball for the Gamecube on a Sonic the Hedgehog collection disk. It is pinball except with Sonic as the ball. There is no saving, and I got to about the 5th level multiple times, it takes hours just to get that far.

you know there is a place called outside, better graphics 100% pvp and no fee to play :-w

I can 'beat' it, especially on multiplayer. But usually, on mutliplayer, I'm the one with the least supplies, least kills, least army, etc.

Super mario 64 was the biggest. It literaly took me over two years to beat the game. Mostly it was because I *never* looked up how to beat something or get somewhere, so a lot of times I'd get lost.. stuck... ect. and give up for a few months only to pick it up. I did beat it though :D.

Super Mario 64 took me so long to win...I just recently beat it, in fact. Blasting myself to the roof of the castle to get my 100 lives was so rewarding...<3:

(I also beat the fat penguin slide and saw Bowser's alternative message.)

Ha! Rushrock, I remember you saying you had 110 stars and your bro found the game :P

I wish I still had my old game. It's not worth my 3 years of playing to get all those 113 stars again :(

A nice game of it though, it's fun :P. I just don't have time to get all those stars again.

Come on, Fad! Go for it! Win that game! The extra stuff you can do at the end is worth it, trust me!

I thought you won the game. You really only got 113 stars?

lol yep i remember sonic spinball.. i had the megadrive version of it on my PC (with an emulator)

this allowed me to save the state of the emulator, rendering that game POSSIBLE. so i did finish it :-)

according to wikipedia there were only 4 levels.. the sewer one, the lava one, the machine one and the boss one.

if the one you were on had lots of places to fall off the bottom (i think) and a giant airship kinda thing at the top, with robotnik inside, thats the final one. iirc its pretty easy once you get IN the airship, but generally the game is VERY hard, especially with limited lives.

Thats a tricky one, i beat Code Veronica X on the PS2

As for me....

FFX, I let my friend borrow it, one night at his house i beat the final boss you could die against (before you get healed everything), then i turned it off, haven't played since.

Majora's Mask: I couldn't figure out how to beat the second form of Majora

Resident Evil 0: I got close to the end but my girl character is poisoned permanty (no more blue herbs) and its impossible to beat without any damage.

Dr. Muto: It sucks to bad to play.
