This relaxes me, and makes me realize there are bigger problems in the world than mine. Offtopic:You mean have like real life size flags on your room's walls or just many small ones?It this like your hobby? Off Topic Reply: I have 3x5's (1m x 1.7m) of Germany, Finland, Britain, Sweden, Turkey, Netherlands, Norway, Brunei, and Denmark, 9 in total, and yes they're real flags. Not in my room I have, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Canada, America, Slovakia, and Britain Pre-1800 (And small versions of all the Balkan countries). I want to be able to express my feelings through a piece of writing so that when I read it back months possibly years later I can feel what I felt then. And my second is probably my woofa dog, Tess. It is a quite nice sci-fi fantasy , too. It's basically the same for me, but with music. I'm just too determined to satisfy my curiosity with the world to let go now. For me at least, even 80-90 years won't be quite enough. Admittingly though... my girlfriend has made me so happy... she tries so hard to see me and keep a smile on my face when I'd be happy with far less. She's so amazing, and sometimes I feel like I don't deserve her... But the other day she said something that brought tears even to my eyes: Her: "Before you do something you're not sure about... talk to me. Don't forget that I know who you really are." Me: "I don't mean this to be challenging, but... what makes you think that?" Her: "I love you. I love how you always look me in the eyes and how you're so giving (and forgiving!) and how you are willing to do so much to help people get back up, and how you'd do anything for me.... you know, sometimes I feel... like I don't deserve you..." Thankfully, I have other great friends who will listen to the problems and we'll discuss them, but they're only friends that I've made recently, but they are there for me more than who I thought was my best mate, and i'm there for them too. But then after school, we will part our different ways, towards different careers. Hence, I'm very much independant of others, so, essentially I am my own light in the darkness: my self-confidence, my dreams, hope for the near and distant future. My own self-worth, the fact that I matter to people, that people respect me, for whatever their reasons. I try not to let myself feel bad, my general assertiveness usually ensures that.
