remoteman
If I remember correctly, they tested on mythbusters that you would get more wet running. Also, by using simple physics equations, you can figure out it would be more tireing to run. W=fd The work is expended the same, but when you take power=w/t you'd find it takes less time to run, which makes you use more power. I think I got it right :? Your right, they did test it on myth busters. It's because when your running your moving into the rain, therefore the front of your clothes gets wet, but if u walk the rain onl goes on the top of your clothes  They also only did it over a short distance, therefore the small amount of difference in weight "A disbelief in magic can force some poor souls into believing in authority and business"

ormoke
i sorta got this idea from "useless runescape facts"... :anxious: but basically u put down random facts u have learned from ur lifetime, either someone told u about it, read about it, or some how have learned it. try not to make any that most people know... heres a few that i know: -if u run in the rain, rather than walk, u'll get LESS wet -if u run up the stairs, u'll get less tired than if u walked instead -vikings used to chew on the "death cap" mushroom, before battle, to make them berserk, and to dullen their pain thats just 3 i know... write urs here! If I remember correctly, they tested on mythbusters that you would get more wet running. W=fd The work is expended the same, but when you take power=w/t you'd find it takes less time to run, which makes you use more power. I think I got it right :? Our physic's teacher just told us that there's difference in the power if u run or walk calced as energy used shared by time in seconds example:u run 100 metres in 10 secs it's, how much energy u used to run that 100 metres/10. If u walk the same distance in 20 secs it will be: energy used (same than when running ( can be even bit less cause of longer steps)/20. Then ur power when running is 2 times bigger but the WORk is same. (well atleast as close same that we can say same)

monkeypie10
A piece of Antartica is about to melt within 20-25 years and will raise sea levels by 20 feet. Also in Greenland, a piece is about to melt 20-25 years too, that will raise sea levels by 18 feet.

Mercifull
horses sleep standing up and only lie down wen they are sick...or deadWrong. While horses CAN sleep standing up as a defence mechanism they can only go into a deep sleep while lying down. In fields horses will take many "naps" stoof up but most horses sleep laying down when they are in their stalls, as they know that they are safe from predators. Parabola
Their falling counts as jumping. And so an elephant walking off a cliff counts as jumping. Of course falling doesn't count as jumping, then a worm could jump, as could a rock. Jumping is making yourself airborne on level ground.

Parabola
actually jumping is propelling oneself upward. Therefore when sloths swing from trees they are jumping Ha! They don't swing from trees, the fastest they can move is 15 feet per minute (0.17 miles per hour) which totally precludes swinging.
