i just got 600 tokens at the warrior guild and killed enough cyclops for over 350 black knives and stuff but no bronze defender anybody know the chance they have of dropping them and how long does it take to get up to a rune defender approximitley how many tokens how long did it take most of you to get one ?

Not true for me, I use a wealth, but I've used over 10k tokens and I still haven't gotten my Rune! (Im on addy :cry: )

Heh I had better luck without wearing one. Took me about 1k tokens to go from bronze-rune

Then imagine how many tokens it would have taken you with a ring.

Bronze takes ages, then the rest come relatively quickly. Keep going.

I found bronze took me longest. Next few came easy...every couple of kills :)...addy took bout 500, bronze about 600.

 

 

 

Now I've ben gettin rune defender drops about 1/100 tokens.

 

 

 

Doesnt take long to get them all though, just keep trying and always remember to show your latest one to the woman before you go in

I was training with a friend there recently and she was having terrible luck getting bronze and then iron, but at the same time I got about 5-6 rune defenders. I had done this a couple of months ago and got up to rune in one day. Maybe a hidden update or glitch.

w/ ring, i took around 3.5k tokens to go to rune

I don't remember which took the longest, but it wasn't bronze for me. I did it without a wealth.

I've found that the ring of wealth (most of the time) made the intervals at which i got defenders more regular, and perhaps slightly increased my chance of getting a defender. I usually got around one defender every 15 minutes (150 tokens) back when I was going from 20-40. Around that time i started using my berserker ring instead of the wealth, and I usually ended up with the same amount of defenders per session there, but i'd get them all in quick succession with long periods of no defender drops at all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

oh, and it took me like 2.1k tokens to get the bronze defender.

 

 

 

I currently have 98 rune defenders, and lately it's taken a long time to get a defender, but my last three or four came in a short period of time.

Without wealth, it took me 400 to get from bronze to addy. Another 200 with nothing, then two rune back to back :shock: . A third after 80 tokens. Later, I went back with wealth and it took 950 tokens for another rune...

ring of wealth does absolutely nothing for defenders. it is meant to increase the chance of getting a valuable drop but the defenders are not tradeable and hanceforth, have no value. btw i haven't actually done anything with defenders 'cause of my stats.

really.. i got 5 runes with only 300 tokens and im cmbt 82.. i didt use row becasue defenders have high alch vaue of 0 and drop chance is based on ha value

took me 5 kills to bronze then 1k tokens for iron, 2k for steel then got the rest in less the 500
