luker2d2 Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 I've seen plenty of these. 1) A guy got killed in front of me in the lumbridge swamp caves when his light source went out. 2) A guy got killed under me when I was ranging black demons in taverley dungeon. 3) This was today, and it was quite hilarious. How EMBARRASING is it to get killed by a lvl 53 jogre?! the guy was lvl 101 I don't mind getting free stuff so I haven't returned any of the items I have gotten from these. Don't hate the player if you can't play the game? \ Quit tip.it please. tip.it members give stuff back <_< im not to sure it happend at all hes not dead other wise if he did die either way why wouldent or havent shown the loot Kiss me, i'm part Irish! I once saw someone die, loot pile was over 2mil worth, I returned all of it. NOTE: I've never had more than 550k, I prefer to earn cash the proper way, not through loot piles or Pest Control. Yes i know the tip.it is one big family ( ), but as mentioned before, it is part of the game to die, giving stuff back is being very nice (and people on TIF are very nice), but sometimes it just happens. Maybe thats what happened to him I don't think so, I think he was going to kill a Tzhaar-Ket, use his food, and if it'd wouldn't be enough for the fight, he'd run like anyone else, but now he lagged out, and failed to eat or run, that's most likely what happenend. We are sure that he wasn't in control of his character when and before he died since he didn't reply to my question, eat food, or run from the Tzhaar-Ket when he had below 10 hp left. It's because I'm on a wireless connection and sometimes (since I live upstairs, with a "very low" connection) - my connection is completely lost. As windows tells your browser than the network connection is unplugged, you won't get a "connection lost retrying to connect" message on your screen (which will keep you logged in). But instead you will just fall back to the login page... If you're connection is up again after a few seconds (mostly) you still can't log in "you're already logged in". Then I know I'll end up in lumby (or falador).... Most probably something along these lines happened to that person too First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me. I think he was getting attacked by a swarm but not sure. I guess he clicked log out and the random appeared and he didn't notice. He also must have been wanting to charge his crystal bow for the first time cause he dropped a little over 1mil in coins and a crystal seed. Sorry bout ya bud but hooray for me \ . So i walk in, with 10 hp start killing this monster. A guy walks by (about lvl 70) i ask him "Do I keep my items if i die?" he saying yes. i die and see myself in lumbridge. I got the feeling every time i get sent to the office at school or when somebody is about to punch me in the face, yumm. So I run back there and see that guy standing over red dot. I ask him "Can i have my black mask(500k), rune legs and plate (100k) my 60k and 2 rune meds back" he replies. "You die you loose, noob." I was super-super pissed lol. So i was full of herbs and tele out, go down ladder, click next ladder, HEY WHAT'S THIS? The guards were a popular place to macro back then and obviously he had just died from macroing. When i posted this way back i was accused of faking it since i had gone down the ladder as well, but i didn't care, free stuff is free stuff :D Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward.
