November 30, 200817 yr Did some naxx trash farming yesterday, 13 epics dropped once we'd finished...Mostly patterns and dps caster stuff. Although i did get something when i ran archavon where the boomkin gloves dropped and i was the only druid in the raid so immediatley got them. How does one actually get into Naxx? :P Do you just fly in? Use to have to use a teleport thing like the orb thing in UC and Silvermoon city but now you just fly up to that little balcony underneath.

I'm going to leave tabards achievement for after the Loremaster one because I get an epic cloak pattern for doing that plus loads of money from questing. Also I'll do Classic Dungeon Master at the same time. Will get The Seeker title too :P Already got The Explorer title and tabard. Really want level 80 but lots of work lately. :( Oo someone else going for Seeker, im on 1800 out of 3000 but after ive done loremaster of Outland and Northend should be on around 2500 should get me a decent amount of cash, then i may go for loremaster title but not sure yet. Also just looked at the list of achievements for the Christmas title, have to get my cooking to 325 for it, grrrrrrreat.

Oh well, I'm only doing those for the Violet Proto-Drake and since I didn't get the Brew of the Year thing I have to wait until 2010 anyway. That goes on the top of my ToDo list above The Seeker then. I was going to do as many of the achievements for it as possible, and then when there's one I can't do I finish the ones I can and then do a ToDo list for the things I can't for next year. There was a guild on my server called decimation who were top 10 EU pre-TBC, they cleared black temple with server firsts and before sunwell came they disbanded. Then, I check the realm forums today, and after god knows how long of being disbanded, without even a whisper of their name in months, they've come back, cleared naxx, and gone back and killed KJ for the lulz. It must be the name. I know for a fact half of the old players quit, and most of the others moved to other top end guilds.

This is like D & T disbanding on alliance side "a couple of our members are starting again as horde..." No its practically the same core raid force only on horde and much stronger for it.Seriousley i wouldnt be surprised if Risen came back, although from what ive seen off them they were just whiny bastards
December 3, 200817 yr I thought heroics were hard until i ran a few with a defence capped tank...Its like running a normal instance with a well geared tank. Also the first boss off Gundrak , saldran (or whatever it is) is a nasty piece of [cabbage]. The amount of adds is a freaking joke and she has one of those bombs where if you dont run away you die and because of the snakes, you cant run away :evil: Its freaking awful and im not running taht instance for a while.When i can 4 man HC VC and get teh dehydration yet we cant do the first boss of Gundrak whiping endlessly, then theres soemthing wrong.It was even more annoying because we would get it down to 15% and die $£%"%!%!%!%1 %!%!% !$¬!¬$£$£^!!!!!!

December 4, 200817 yr Why do the GMs I get have to be so dry and boring? Gms are like the shade of aran on crack...When Isle of queldanas opened the badge vendor on silvermoon. i remember a GM (Female gnome ?? with Atiesh) spawning in and turning everyone aroudn the badge vendor into Leper gnomes and when they just mounted up again on there elekks she turned them into a single ball of ooze so peopel could access the vendor. Gm's can be great, they also have that thing where they can stop all movemet on characters in an area for if theres bots

December 4, 200817 yr Did my first heroic run of Culling Of Stratholme and holy crap... When you enter the real part of the isntance a 30 minute timer starts to get to a portal just before the final boss, if you get there before it runs out you get a epic flying mount and some loot.I did not know this but holy crap is it tough in no raid gear.Every player died at least once along the way and the only times we could stop was to drink after a boss or those times when you go OOM. We got to him, he came out of the portal and we killed him with aminute left. December 5, 200817 yr Hit 80 at about 3am this morning, last 300,000 Exp was tedious died about 4 times trying to get it. Next job is 325 cooking and getting friendly with Ogri'la for the Christmas title.
December 5, 200817 yr AN heroic is incredibly difficult, all trash has a dps race, in fact the trash is harder than any off the bosses in there... 3rd boss in UP heroic still remains the hardest boss ive encountered, even including the raid bosses, requires you to farm harpoons and then do a soft reset off the encounter. There are so many things which can kill you instantly and the harpoons have to hit all the time otherwise you get more waves of trash and lose precious mana.We only managed to engage him before i got poison harpooned and the 3 dps got whirlwinded, the worst luck with him leaping and dropping wright onto the dps. I think icecrown is quickly becoming my favourite zone in wow , and the knights of the ebon blade are just incredibly cool. The way you do a brute force takeover of parts of icecrown, planned by the argent crusade and lead by the crazy maniacs of the Ebon Blade is so great.It sucks that im doing all these quests as resto so its taking forever but i havent died once while questing and my current situation im called up for heroics all the time.

December 6, 200817 yr Sorry for my stupidity and questioning. But i was wondering what the best World of Warcraft sets are for beginners. Cause, i would really like to try this game out. :geek: And one more question. Is this game similer to a high-tech Runescape or a Low-tech Oblivion? :?: :roll: Also, could someone possibly explain a bit of the game? Like what is a good setup? are there quests?
