September 6, 200718 yr this would have to be one of the most coolest and original ideas iv seen on here. some people find getting a 99 "too hard" and some are lazy and dont want to do all the quests to get a cape that does a pretty emote. this cape at least leaves an opening for people to get a pretty cape with a pretty emote lol.
