Yeah! A music cape would be very good!

 

I have a suggestion for music cape.

 

It could be p2p: all musics unloked. cape costs 99k and gives + 11 in every def bonus.

 

 

 

It could be a f2p cape too!: all f2p musics are unloked. cape costs 50k and gives +5 in every def bonus.

 

 

 

That would be good! At least f2p could have a "skillcape" that is not too hard to obtain. You would only need to go to every f2p place. It is less long and less difficult than training a skill up to 99 as being f2p.

Though there is a little issue that some of the musics are holiday based..

I think its a good idea but you need some quite hard requirements (quest cape etc.) Actually i think trimmed quest cape wud be better but still nice idea, good idea.

Ok somewhat new to this whole forum, but i've been thinking about this one and come upon this.

 

 

 

I fully support the idea of a music cape. Its not easy in the slightest, however I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to FINISH all quest, just have started some of them. Maybe i'm wrong....

 

 

 

I think everyone usually gets one time at each random while raising thier skills though i can't be sure. The actual events of freaky forester, drill demon, etc. u won't need to get everything from thsoe events, just have been there once. I do agree that if this has an implication of being too hard it should be taken out.

 

 

 

The holiday music could pose a problem, but is it added to the list if u weren't at the events? If it isn't then wouldn't the best thing be to make it for all music green, same as quests.

 

 

 

Also occassionally new music is added, eg. The Quizmaster when the random came in. I know its been discussed to exclude randoms (i haven't sifted through all 11 pages) but then you have the new areas that open too, such as when Cold War came. So this change in music just like quests would need to be accounted for.

 

 

 

I also disagree with the concept of it being no different then a quest cape. Quest cape deals with quest, but i read somewhere someone has finished the quest cape and still hasn't recieved all the music. Its not just the quests, you will have to access all kinds of places and some of the skills required to get into those places should be requirement enough.

 

 

 

I mean no offence in what i say its just an opinion, and i don't know if anyone else has thought or seen this, but the orange music cape reminds me alittle too much of the firemaking cape.

 

 

 

In either case though i like the idea of the lyre on the back. Good job guys. Glad someone is making a stand for it.

The symbol for itcould be the jukebox, and you would get it from....uhh.....who's musical? Well, that's for someone else to decide.

I support! It sounds like an excellent idea. I hope you have a huge thread on RS forums too. I didn't see a quickfind code anywhere.

 

 

 

One thing I want to add is, for some quests there are diferent ways and routes you can take to complete it. Some areas are only accessible ONCE in you're entrie Runescape life. You would also have had to recieved every single random event.

I fully support that would be an awsome and easyer skill cape to get and the emote would probly rock.

I support entirly! I think the e-mote should just be grabbing a lyre, then playing it as music notes drift up above your head.

This could be the bit that trims the Quest Cape, but with musical notes instead of a plain, colored trim.

 

 

 

There are smallish bits of Runescape that require determination for players to unlock. Some of these are their own reward, like Bones to Peaches, Ghostly Robes and Sword, White Knight armor, etc.

 

 

 

Unlocking music has no item or experience award payoff, which puts it right up there and beyond ticking off all the quests.
