February 16, 200719 yr This site reminds me of '10 Signs You're a Fundamentalist Christian'. shame there is no grand theft auto review on there, that would have been hilarious. The guy reviewing it would probably have a heart attack. I just read the World of Warcraft review, and they seem to even hate the word damn.
February 16, 200719 yr Personally, the Night Elf dance does NOTHING for me OMG you like night elf DUDES. How immature, pick out one part and try to insult the person. ITS BLOODY PIXELS! February 16, 200719 yr Why bring that into this? Why not? It's a perfectly legitimate response. No it isn't, its censored, and these are g rated boards. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198
February 16, 200719 yr According to the site the night elf dance would be counted as pornography as well. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!

February 17, 200719 yr It's amazing how all the bible based games get a perfect score for occult/supernatural. Aparrantly they think supernatural is natural. Comparing the pokemon game to 'the disproven theory of evolution' is an absolute joke as well. What a hoot. :XD:  :P

February 17, 200719 yr I *JUST* had a thought... What in the HELL is that guy going to do when Spore comes out? It's an evolution game, but at the same time...You're creating all the creatures, landscape, plants, etc all by yourself. Everything. So in a sense, it's also a God game. He's going to be SO confused. The popularity of any given religion today depends on the victories of the wars they fought in the past. - Me!
February 17, 200719 yr According to the site the night elf dance would be counted as [Forbidden] as well. I'd hate to think how they see daytime television then. Oh wait, they probably don't watch it since it is devilspawn too. The radio is probably too bawdy for them as well.
February 17, 200719 yr Heh, has anyone seen the video where someone sneaks into this guys dorm room with a video camera while he is killing kittens to the night elf dance? It was pretty hilarious.

February 17, 200719 yr omg lol they gave some games negative scores man i wonder if anyone actually goes by that site to see what games to buy
February 17, 200719 yr I love the runescape review. "I let my children play this game, but if they have any cyber freinds or turn chat to on I will ground them." What a Pompous [wagon]. Only that site could give the Bible game a 100, I looked at that game in the mall and instantly figured out it would be for children of age 2 and look horrible. This site is a bunch of crap, I bet you if I told everyone to go to that site the next time I went to church they would kick me in the balls next time they saw me. :P "A time comes when silence is betrayal" MLKJ Speak your mind, but be civil.Get mad, but do not rage.Do unto others as you would want done to yourself. February 18, 200719 yr Animal Crossing for DS: Occult/Supernatural: 18 out of 20 Comical occult content (-2 points). On occasion the game has a fortune-teller visit the village. The player is not forced to see her, but most will be curious to see who is in the tent. Conclusion Animal Crossing Wild World has a couple of problems with it. Thankfully they are minor, and avoidable. This is the kind of game that is fun to play for a few minutes, or an hour. The biggest concern I have about this game is how addictive it can become. I have found that this game can be used to witness to people who have not heard the gospel. I created a shirt/hat/flag design that is a flag, and named it "Jesus Saves." I have left Bible verses on boards of fellow player's towns. I give it a 98 (A) for comical occult content. Sword of Mana for GBA: Occult/Supernatural: 3 out of 20 _x_ - Game takes place in an environment that is filled with major occult references. (-10 pts) _x_ - Borderline magic is used by player. (-7 pts) This game is FILLED with spiritualism references. You can communicate with spirits, you pray to a Mana goddess to save your game, your allies become spirits when they die. There are undead, vampires, witches, and magic users. (Mana users) There is one enemy who devours souls and takes great pleasure in it. Just after you kill Dark Lord, this monster comes in and attempts to eat his soul. Hero argues with him for a bit, but in the end he makes off with Dark Lord̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s soul. I found these scenes particularly disturbing, and I think this would be quite frightening to a 6 year old (Which is the age that this game was supposedly geared for). I have played a lot of games, and it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s been a while since a game with a religion in it got under my skin like this one. The game is based entirely around the fact that the world was created by the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâmana goddess,̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ and there are countless references to people praying to and worshiping the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâmana tree,̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ which is the physical manifestation of the ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâmana goddess.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ Both Hero and Heroine can use magic; Hero can̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t use it at the beginning, but eventually. Also, during the game play you can pick up spirits, each of who can control an element. You can use that element for either defense or attack Matrix: Path of Neo: Occult/Supernatural: 10 out of 20 _x_ - Game takes place in an environment with magic but not occult. (-3 pts) _x_ - Magic (but not occult) is used by player. (-4 pts) _x_ - Game takes place in a thematic occult environment (Ex. Harry Potter). (-3 pts) You must fight a ghost in a training simulation early in the game. The game takes place in a ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹Ãâmagical̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ environment which allows you to stop bullets in mid-air, and run faster than a locomotive. The reason the game lost points for being in a thematic occult environment was because of the slant towards eastern religion and mythology, as well as the almost mocking of the Gospel (Neo is portrayed as a Jesus figure ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ and yet has no moral standards, save giving his life for his friends). Xenosaga: Occult/Supernatural: 3 out of 20 Game takes place in an environment that is filled with major occult references. (-10 pts) Borderline magic (hard to tell if occult) is used by player. (-7 pts) This game really plays with fire. It throws around references to many philosophers and world religions (including Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Shinto, Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, and so on) in a cavalier manner which does not show proper reverence. As an example, twelve of the most powerful objects in the game are named for the Twelve Disciples. The game̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s magic system tries to disguise itself as an ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åether̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà ~^v^~Ex-Leader of the Divine Flames of Redemption~^v^~
February 18, 200719 yr Crimsonking, you're totally missing the point. They are pointing out things most parents don't get. If I was six, I'd probably have been scared by that Children of Mana game, and if you actually bothered to read the Xenosaga quote you posted, you'll notice they are saying that you need proper reverence to OTHER religions, too. And the Matrix thing is spot on. You are all being idiotic. You're nitpicking things, and missing the point entirely. Would you want your six year old playing Dirge of Cerberus? Fable? I sure as hell wouldn't. In that aspect, the site is useful. And if you guys say, "lolz they gave the bible game a A+", it's because they don't rank the games by gameplay, graphics and replayability. It's really obvious this isn't meant for gamers, it's meant for people who give games as presents and parents who let their kids play games.
February 18, 200719 yr If you would actually read some of the reviews though, some of these guys mention preteen and teenage children, and I haven't seen mention of many children under 10, of course there are probably some, but these guys are limiting kids who actually can understand such things and are old enough to play them. You are completly missing my point, I mean just look at my first example its freaking Animal Crossing, and the dude is making a big deal out of a fortune teller in it(Which, btw, divination isn't meant to be an occult practice). Sword of Mana has absolutly nothing occult about it unless you look way too far into it, which is what this guy did. I've actually played this game, it is no worse than Zelda, so, unless you have a messed up idea in your head that the Triforce is a cult symbol, this game is completly safe. Matrix: "Lost points for being in a thematic occult environment because of the slant toward eastern religion and mythology" As for Xenosaga, it seems I misread it. ~^v^~Ex-Leader of the Divine Flames of Redemption~^v^~

What do they want instead of fictional creatures 'evolving' (proves they don't know what the hell they are talking about since that can hardly be considered evolving). Sounds like they want pokemon X to create into pokemon Z.

Would I see a six year old playing harry potter? Accually yes, but by their standards they would not because the game is all occult. They rate games down for being roleplaying games and just being an alternative to life in a magical world. They think it's vicious competition for people to join other religions (MMBN4, double soul religion? Riiiiiight.... I worship the double soul god) Then it just gets completely rediculous because they are so biased. Like the pokemon review where they blame the game for promoting the "Disproved theory of evolution", I use to play pokemon when I was young and I didn't get scared by those cute lil monsters. Then theirs the World of Warcraft review. The guy admits getting addicted and then he blames the game for addicting him!! And if that wasn't enough he goes on about how "god had called out to him several times". That has nothing normal. 76th to reach 99 Construction on 6th of February 2007379th to reach 99 Runecrafting on 4th of November 2007 Finally the secrets of goal achieving are revealed!
