February 19, 200719 yr Also, I agree with rushrock, what is a LeeLee? Can you throw them? Are they toxic? Do they spread well on toast? i'm not sure i haven'y tried spreading myself on toast yet........ but it sounds like a much better way to occupy an afternoon than history homework. :D I'm don't post in off-topic much, so maybe thats why you think i'm a cousin of some sort of jam, i post stuff mostly in the varrock library. thankyou for posting on our thread! :D its really cool that some of you guessed why we're temporarily leaving.
February 19, 200719 yr Another one leaving....seriously, was it something I said? O:) The Poison Fairy
February 19, 200719 yr Author Another one leaving....seriously, was it something I said? O:) Of course not Suzi, you're a ... *tries to think of nice metaphor* You're a fairy in a forum full of goblins! :  (sorry, goblins, no offence)
February 19, 200719 yr Another one leaving....seriously, was it something I said? O:)Its just the current trend atm, making leaving posts. When someone posts a leaving post it usually starts off a chain of about half a dozen people who decided to do the same thing before dying down again for a few months. February 20, 200719 yr Sweet! Now we can make feminism demeaning comments without fearing your wrath! But seriously, come back soon, we want out women's rights person back ASAP. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.
February 20, 200719 yr Bye. What's a LeeLee? I think it's a person. :-k ~~Let The Dragon ride again, on the winds of time~~I've always felt as if I'm the only person who can understand the concept of sarcasm on the internet.
February 20, 200719 yr Would femminists say such things as "Hey, never hit a woman" or are they as much in favour as hitting women as they do men? With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. In those days though the spring always came finally but it was frightening that it had nearly failed.
February 20, 200719 yr Would femminists say such things as "Hey, never hit a woman" or are they as much in favour as hitting women as they do men? Depends on the kind of woman. On topic: I've only read a few of your posts, since I've only recently found my way to the off-topic board, but you'll be missed. We need more female voices 'round here.
February 20, 200719 yr Would femminists say such things as "Hey, never hit a woman" or are they as much in favour as hitting women as they do men? Depends on the kind of woman. Too true, do you really think all of us are feminists? I don't get all the prejudice towards them either.

Too true, do you really think all of us are feminists? I don't get all the prejudice towards them either. Yes, it's sad how "feminist" has become a dirty and ugly word. A lot of women have fought hard to gain equality, for which I am very thankful to them. But often, you can't say such things without being seen as a man-hating, totally crazy shrew.

February 20, 200719 yr Author Would femminists say such things as "Hey, never hit a woman" or are they as much in favour as hitting women as they do men? offtopic...I would, personally say, never hit a woman because they're a woman. Exactly the same moral code should apply for men. Being a feminist, as far as I know, isn't about making women better than men, just equal.
