February 28, 200719 yr Thanks for clicking on my blog :D For those that didn't know me, i used to be a pure skiller (just lvl 5 not lvl 3) I decided to get combat a few months ago. Since i decided to get combat the main things i've been doing are: Clues Barrows Slayer and Castle Wars Current Stats: Current goals: 78/80 Ranged 64/70 Defence All stats 50+ (only agility needed) 1.7k total [hide=2 June 2007] Barrows ALL day today, Managed to get some levels early on 77 Hits And then 66 Defence =) Carried on Barrowing not getting any decent loot, just lots of racks untill... Great, well i thought it could only get better from there, about 8 trips later i got my next drop: Ahrim Staff, I'd got the 2 worst items you could get =( but i carried on barrowing, as there was nothing much left to do. 10 Trips later my mate 93ted joined me, he got 2 decent drops on his first 2 runs and only getting 6 Killcount (i usually get 13) At this point i was very frustrated with my lack of good luck. So i gave my Karils coif and ahrims staff to Luker (thought doing a good deed would make me feel better [lol]) Went straight back to barrows and decided to try getting 6 Killcount. It seemed to be working as i got decent runes on my first 2 trips using it. Then on my 3rd trip... Yay! Decent drop finally =) It got better after that, i decided to 1 more run with 93ted and got this: Dharoks Plate! Karma for giving luker free stuffs =) That was 1.4m made in 2 trips, i quit there (didn't want to push my luck =p) Went to world 2 to sell all this loot: 800 Bloods 400 Deaths 2700 Chaos 1900 Minds 800 Racks Ahrims top Dharoks Plate Managed to get just over 2.5m for the lot =) Went to play some cw afterwards, played 6 games, won 3 drew 1 lost 2 Also 7k off 78 mage, should get that tomorrow =) [/hide] [hide=1 June 2007] Soon as i logged on today i got 65 defence, also turned out to be 91 combat. Thanks for letting me level on you omega =) Rest of the day has been spent barrowing I've managed to do several 1 dose trips and been getting a lot of bloods. I think i started to scare verac a bit, he ran out of his crypt when i went to kill him lolz. Bit of a wierd glitch. Decided to do one more run at barrows and got a drop yays! 3rd D med, 2nd in 2 days. Went to world 2 to sell all my loot, made just over 1M. Not a bad day Went to play some castle wars afterwards, played 4 games, won them all =) up to 196 tickets now. Had to log halfway through the 5th game so didn't get tickets for that. Went back to barrows a bit later, did 9 runs and managed to get 700 chaos, 300 bloods and 200 racks all together - pretty rubbish. I logged off for the night only 6k off 77 hits and 12k off 65 defence. Thats 2 levels i'll probably get tomorrow. [/hide] [hide=31 May 2007] Went on early today to finish my Fire giant task didn't get any decent drops but managed to get 64 Defence. Went to go and get a new task - Hell hounds, great get to get some more clues. I couldn't be bothered to start it though, so went barrowing. Only managed to do 1 trip in the morning as i was busy irl most of the day, but it was the best trip I've ever done. Only used 1 dose of prayer pot, and 2 foods and also got a drop! My 2nd d med drop. Came back online a bit later and continued barrowing, i managed to do quite a few more 1 dose trips, 70 prayer is really paying off. On my 5th trip i got my 2nd drop of the day. Dharoks plate, my first plate body part from barrows! Did about 5 more trips, but only got runes. Went to world 2 to sell all the loot (runes included) I'd made 1.45M :). Gave 450k of that to a mate who'd just lost his green mask, so made 1m today. Logged off for the night only 1.2k off a defence level, an easy level to get tomorrow =p. [/hide] [hide= Major Achievements during this blog] Most recent achievement is listed first 60 Slayer I managed to get, 90 combat, 1600 total level and 70 attack all in one hit :D (67-70 Attack was got using pest control) Went from 49 prayer, to 70 in a day :XD: [/hide] [hide=My *decent* Clues] [/hide] [hide=Bank pick from 11/5/07] Most of the stuff in there is junk i need for uri's emote clues -.- [/hide] [hide=the road to 80 ranged] [/hide] [hide=Barrows drops *drum role*] Most recent drop first [/hide] I saw you once at the lessers. Furthermore you hold a significant advantage over others: The biggest drawback for those who lvl up almost only combat is the lack of cash. So they are worried about losing it. I used to be a skiller, however not pure, but recently i've decided to raise cb very high. check out my thread!
March 1, 200719 yr lol barrows is one of lifes little joys, im glad to see that you made such a big profit with such a low combat lvl, im hunting atm, but after i get a few stats to 99, im going to do barrows again gl in there, hope you don't hit a dry streak

March 1, 200719 yr As some of you may know, about 2 weeks ago, i stopped being a pure skiller. I have gotton combat :o :) . As soon as i started, i realised what i had been missing. Here's a few funny pics of the day when i started getting combat :-w [images removed - Pet.] During this time my mate Omega one2 was doing endless barrows trip, and braggin how much fun it was.:evil: So naturally, i decided to get my prayer up so i could tag along :) [images gone - Pet.] After this i only needed a few more mage and range levels before i decided to try it out myself. My first barrows trips took a long time, i had to go back to the bank for more prayer pots (ahrim took out about 5) the loot from this was pretty poor also. So i spent a while getting my range higher so that i could kill ahrim a lot easier. So, next time i went to barrows, i had this invent. [images removed] Trips 4-5 where mostly runes, and a few racks. I took my first screenshots on trip 6, here they are :) [images removed] And my invent before opening Chest: [images removed] Nothing special, so i decided not to screenshot the next trip. Unluckily (for me) i had verac in tunnels, after trying - and failing - ti get him into a safe-spot room, i ended up killing him with prayer, he took out all but 2 doeses of my potions and i had no food left. I ran to the chest with only 8 killcount (i usually get 12, i don't know why :P ) and tellyied out. I checked my invent...Dharok Great axe. yay :D i checked bank and had enough for another trip, i went again and decided to stick with 8 killcount...Ahrim's top :D Rate/Hate :) Niceness pl0x! And I'm in two screenies... Grats again. My Blog of random goals.
