The Orange Box :o

Yes, The amazing Orange Box! This box which contains Half Life 2 Episode 2 is going to be released in October, this will also include the following games:

Half Life Episode 1

Half Life Episode 2

Portal

Team Fortress 2

Half Life 2

All those games are going to be included! Over in the U.K, it will cost ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã34!

Portal is Valve's newest puzzle game, you use a new invention which creates portals, when you look into one you can see what's on the other side, if you have two portals near each other and run into them again and again, you can see yourself running! The puzzle's can be simple as getting a box or to jumping a cliff without any walls on the other side. The game looks fantastic and you should really try this.

Team Fortress 2 is the long awaited sequel which was announced back in E3 1999! Now with improved Cell-Shaded graphics, this multi-player game will make Counter strike go cry in a corner. With many different classes, this game will keep you entertained for hours on end.

Half Life 2 Episode 2, is the next chapter in the series, now we look at improved engines, whole new monsters and more vechiles! This time its set outside City 17 and in the deep wilderness where new dangerous machines are out to get you. The game looks incredible and you should try it out.

Now comes to the pain in the backside, the requirements, thankfully, you will not need Vista to run it, you need 2000/XP/Vista to run it. I used a gaming site to run a check to see if it can handle it, and my 7 Year old computer can run it! Well after making space, it need 5GB to cope, with a 7 Year old pc, it was an easy task making space :XD:

All in all, good price and loads of games to keep you entertained, pick this up if you have the chance. :)

Team Fortress 2 and Portal both looked really interesting. I've never played HL or HL:2 either, so I'll probably get this.

I also have been dying to know what happens in EP:2. The moment I heard that the entire mystery over the G-Man was going to be expanded on I nearly wet myself. =P~

Also I do know that the game is going to come to a climatic end around EP:3, the devs stated that after EP:3 they will think where the series is going. I can't wait.

theyr shedding light on the g man! sweetsauce! Now i want it even more! and 35 quid is quite cheap for 3 games. (although hl2, hl2dm, hl:s, hldm:s, hl2:lc, cs:s all in one pack was only 20)

If you can buy things through steam then it will be available seperately.. however if you can only buy things in a shop with cash then you'll have to get the box set

Too bad my computer barely runs Half Life 2 (Video Card, dangit)...but, if I'm right, the Orange Box is coming to the 360! Too bad I won't get a 360 til christmas or I save up $400. *cry*

6 days left until the orange box is out, I can't wait. Just watched all the trailers for EP2 / Portal again. :P

It plays ok. Graphics for team fortress 2 work fine. I haven't finished the first half life yet. Haven't gotten around to it.

I'm not a big gamer anymore, well, not new games anyway - but I think i'm gonna pick this up, portal looks INCREDIBLE. Definately one to get

Well... bioshock seems to be a big failure because i can play half way through the game, then the graphics getter to high, even on medium, so my computer cant handle it.

I'm wondering if this could potentially work on my computer, its not powered by the unreal engine right (I'm speaking more for HL2 and portol)?

It has multiplayer too, right?

Edit: I checked system specs, the min is 1.7 ghz processor, so im alright, and graphics dont look as intense as BS, so im gonna say that i can run this no problem.

Is it multiplayer though?
