You cant defend against Brazil because they're untouchable going forward but they are beatable because they just cant defend. My bet is going on Argentina for the world cup; they've got the ability going forward with Messi Crespo saviola & Riquelme, theyre not bad in defence & they sure as hell can get dirty if they need to. They're a bit of an outside bet ( I think theyre around 4th favourites) so they've got decent odds from a betting point of view.

Personally I drink a bottle of Lucazade and get a decent breakfast when I wake up after a night out. I think its because Lucazade is so sugary that it perks you up - the meal is just to fill my stomach.

So true.The rule saying they weren't interfering with play is a joke. Maybe if they were staning at the side of the pitch, far away from the actual play it would be ok, but they were in a dangerous position in the middle of the box. The way I see it is if you're on the pitch your interfering with play in some way. The fact that Forlan is in the keepers field of vision when the first ball is played in(when he's 5+ yards offside) in my opinion makes him active because the keeper has to consider whether to close down the guy with the ball or Forlan. Right I know Im droning on about it now but I think you all get my point here :P .

What about your lucky equaliser, though? That was a big break for you. It definatly was a little bit of luck, you could call it justice :D . They say its better to be lucky than good so hopefully its a good omen. Hopefully we'll be able to learn from this and go to Spain with a bit of confidence and take the tie to Villareal and score the goal we need to go through. Realistically though even if Ranger go through to the last 8 I dont reckon we can go through. It would be brilliant from a financial perspective though as it would give the new manager plently of cash to rebuild the team next season. I also hope they do well for McLeish as I think he's been treated appallingly and he deserves some success for the rubbish hes been through this season.

I don't know about robbed... Villareal played a good game, and the offside decision would have been a tough call at the time. Lovenkrandz goal was a screamer. Oh man. Oh of course, Villareal played well, whenyou have a playmaker like Riquelme in the team it can be hard not to play well. I thought Forlan's movement was brilliant off the ball - eventhough I hate the new offside rule I think Forlan was able to exploit it well - a bit like Van Nistelrooy does for Man United. Its still hard to accept defeat to those 2 goals though. FIFA really has to look at this 'interfering with play' stuff though because its just so unclear for defenders and linesmen to deal with. Its going to end up deciding a world cup or another important tie and that would be a shame.

Maybe because its based on a book thats not actually that good in the first place and its badly casted. Its bloody scary how popular that book is. Every other week when I travel to Edinburgh for Uni I get asked by somebody or hear somebody asking directions for the chapel (Rosslyn Chapel) in the movie is.

I dont find that at all surprising that somebody would do that. However, I really consider it quite sad and pathetic that not only would you do something like that but you'd then proudly post it in public (probably hoping for a childish "lmao" responce). I just watched the Chelsea vs. Barca game this morning since I was watching Rangers vs. Villareal last night. I thought the whole sending off incident was comical, to see both players hit the ground, look up to the referee and about 10 seconds later was brilliant. It was harsh to give Del Horno a straight red for it but I dont think Messi's rolling had anything to do with it - surely as soon as a top referee sees an incident like that he must know in his mind exactly what his decision will be. I think Barca were on top throughout and would have won regardless of the red card, Messi, Eto'o and Ronaldinho are just too good going forward. In my opinion it'll be 2-0 to Barca at the Nou Camp in a fortnight. As a side note - Rangers were robbed last night. Prso's moment of madness and the utter joke that is the 'new' offside rules robbed us of a glorious 2-0 win.

We've got no chance mate, too many injuries and not enough confidence. Wouldn't surprise me if Henry left at the end of the season regardless of how we do in the champs league. Id like to see Henry stay at Arsenal just to see him play week in week out. However, if he does leave I would love to see him in the Barcelona team! they're already by far the best attacking side at the moment but adding Henry would be brilliant.

People who smell on the train, or just in general? Origionally I just meant on the train but now that you meantion it people who smell in general do annoy me. I mean I can understand if you've been running or to the gym and are on your way home. Aside from mitigating circumstances like those a little hygene isnt all that difficult.

Whats even worse is on the train when somebody takes up more room than they should :? . That and people who smell.

This is how I look at it; true talent will always be popular and will have longevity but only real talent. All these manufactured pop stars that cant sing wont be remembered but really talented performers will be no matter what.

Why is that? I'm not a fan of the Lord of the Rings series, but I do dare to admitt that they are good movies, and that people consider them to be one of the better movies made. Just my opinion but I dont think any of the LOTR films are that impressive other than in their effects.Dont get me wrong they are good but not classics or future classics. They seem very long and drawn out and take too long to get going. I just dont think they'll be regarded as classics in 20 or 30 years, I might be wrong (and I am sometimes).

Its Godfather 36 - LOTR 35 now. Damn I hope my vote keeps LOTR from winning - I really dont think it has the class to even be in a debate of the best movie ever in my opinion.

You do realise that many people said that about rap music 20 years ago. Similar things were said in the early days of rock and roll, and the same with the blues and reggae etc. Just because you personally dont enjoy listening to a genre of music doesnt mean its just a fad, any artist of quality from any genre will be remembered in some way.

My money is on Argentina for thew world cup, I think Messi & Riquelme are gonna rune the show for them. I even put a ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã10 bet on them at 7/1 so they better! :D My other prediction is Big Marvin Andrews AND Henrik Larsson scoring against England in the group stages. They're both already heroes in Scotland and if they put England out they'll almost be considered god-like :P jk

Yeah he really does deserve it. He is easily the best player at the moment & its scary to say but he's getting better! I watched the last 2 Barca games (vs. Real Madrid & Racing Santander) and he was amazing in both, he scored 2 great solo goals against Madrid & a penalty against Santander(missed the other :P ). I think when he retires he might be remembered as one of the greatest ever. To be honest I cant see anyone being able to stop Barca this year. Their attacking play is the best Ive seen from any club side. I mean besides Ronaldinho they have; Eto'o(top class striker), Messi(Tipped to be 'the new Maradona'),Xavi(top midfielder),Deco(good playmaker),Guily(good playmaker) etc. etc. I cant see a single defence in the world keeping them from scoring this year. I mean in La Liga they've scored at least 3 goals in every one of their last 5 or 6 matches. They're definatly my bet for the champions league this year.
