On my previous computer I had this big Excel list of equipment, going from best to worst for all Bonuses in the Equipment interface. I believe I got it from the Archive of Wisdom 1.5 year ago. Just wondering if it still exists, and if it does, a link to it.

Basically all they said in the Diary was how they'd upgrade all other skills to even against Melee, and making items to prevent damage. Making new powerful Melee weapons was last on their list. Read again. They're basically saying they're going to nerf your kind (No defence pures). That said, I read all of it. I felt like a kid at a candy store. Finally we're treated with actual new information, rather than reaffirming what has been said countless of times. Especially interested in the new tab and high-level content.

How do I even do it? I have full Lord Marshal and a Ring of Charos(a) and I've basically spoken to all NPCs in the Command centre.

I'd take a stab in the dark at 10% I would hope Jagex bumps the stats of the Adze up to that of a dragon pick. After all why be dragon hatchet but only rune pick? Maybe they are waiting for the rush to die down first. I certainly won't be getting a dragon pick. If ever, I'd prefer they'd wait a year or so. Because, at the moment, I feel having a Dragon pickaxe is more of an achievement than an Inferno Adze.

I give up. There absolutely no way I can beat 138s with supersonic-speed whips and like +100 Strength bonus on killing Dwogres. I just hope the commotion dies out so I can DIY the Pickaxe soon.

^ This. Early RuneTek 5 update, you could bank drop items in your inventory whilst having the bank interface open. The problem was, thought, that absolutely everything could be dropped. Destroyable items, quest items and even pets (they appeared as their bank slot icon). This meant that you could recollect the items because you weren't supposed to be able to drop them in the first place, allowing you to get doubles of all destroy-able items (except Ectophial) Although the drop option for destroyable and pet items was quickly patched, the option was entirely removed a short while later. For "technical issues" but probably also for the fact that some people, in their haste, accidentally dropped an item they intended to deposit-all. I've heard of people losing their cash by accidentally dropping it instead of banking whilst on their way to a minigame.

3 things: -You need 3 people to enter Waterbirth now, not 2 -You cannot safespot Rex, like any other monster, since it will back away -Prime can now hit you in the safespot 3 things: - It's getting fixed. - So you'll pray Melee and just stand south? I am used to always use a Prayer there due to the Spinolyps, this won't change much (granted, Guthan method will be quite nerfed). - I doubt Prime can hit you south side. If it can, excuses.

Blood runes are required in high numbers for God spells, which are now all autocastable. It's only logical.

KQ destroys you. I mostly barely manage one kill a trip with full Veracs and am forced to do at least two if I don't use it. Granted, my offensive stats are low, but your defensive stats are equally low. And her drops are crap. Not even kidding. I've solod quite a few bosses, and she takes the cake for the crappiest drop list of any boss. Here's what I got in 8 kills: 500 Mithril arrows 19 Blood runes Amulet of power 600 Fire runes 6x Lobster Rune chainbody Uncut emerald 600 Fire runes And considering I go through like 30-40 Sharks and 2 Prayer potions a kill... ye. You're better off soloing Dagannoth Rex with your stats.

The best Magic offense for any weapon, 10% damage bonus on all spells, one-handed. Relatively easy to get (especially if you can get a Teacher wand). What could be better?

I see it clear as day now! It's not that Magic is bad, it's just that magers always call foul at everything. Jagex could release a Ice Blitz that hits up to 80s and lowers all stats without any runes, and magers'd complain it wasn't a Barrage. If it was level 80 spell, it's too low and anyone'd use it. If it was level 98, they'd complain it'd be too reserved. If it was an Ancient spell, they'd complain it requires a hard quest, if it was a normal one they'd complain it's too easy to get. This was one of the best Magic updates in ages. FFS, what DO you want?

Thanks both of you. I've killed them before and I feel the urge to simply obtain the rings rather than buy them. I have done so in the past, but I've rusted quite a bit.

Actually more than 10x. It used to be 268K Tokkul with Karamja gloves discount. The value of Tokkul was decided by selling items to the shops with said gloves. The cheapest thing to do was well Fire runes (which always generated 1 Tokkul with gloves equipped), so the value of Tokkul was dictated by that and a few other things (making it around 10-11:1 GP:Tokkul-ratio). However, now with the gloves nerf, everything sold will lose a significant portion of Tokkul, because most equipment was worth 2.5x their normal sell value with gloves equiped, and Fire runes sell for 0 without Gloves and too much of them in stock. So Onyx was already heading up to its initial price of 4M as it was back in the day. And, for some reason, Jagex felt obliged to up the price of Onyx to 2.7M Tokkul. A mistake probably, but it'll probably be a few weeks until they notice it, like they usually do.

A) Is there still a safespot for maging Rex? B) What's the best spell to cast? In the past it was Claws of Guthix because it autocasted, but now anything can. Is it possible Flames of Zamorak is better now due to it lowering the Magic level of the foe (which, if I recall correctly, also lowers Magic defence)? C) Is there a spot I can range Prime without being targeted by Supreme and Rex? D) A good hybrid set-up. Thanks!

Is it just me, or do I have a hard time placing the hints in the recent updates? It still doesn't make sense.

I find it sad they are not acknowledging the safespot glitch.
