Geez... just press ALT + TAB + TAB Easier solution for progams like winamp: CTRL+A will make them stay on top even when they are not selected so you can click rs while a part of the video is over your rs screen.

I think a regular doctor knows more about addiction then you do, they don't study all those year just for the fun of it. They DO got a point since you can get addicted to almost anything and people have died because they didn't eat/drink/sleep for a long period of time because of playing video games. I rest my case,
