jagex's definition of high level is probably 70+ or somthing low like that it seems. Yeah, I assume they go by average player levels.

High level, IMO, is 95+ combat stats. Mid level is 85-94, the halfway point for XP. Low level is <85. Certainly not Jagex's definition of it, but based on XP it makes sense.

I said less intelligent people should adopt instead of reproduce to replicate natural selection. The other alternative is to let all the week and sick die as would be standard had we not evolved medical technology. Which one is more humane?

If it's like a regular collection, you can withdraw items un noted as well. If it's not like a regular GE, it would be completely worthless for the situation he described. To make it less efficient for Prayer/Consturcion trainers than teleporting/using Butler. :P It would have to be a pretty darn big charge to make up for prayer. Not at all. They are allowing hundreds of thousands of players, not a few thousand elite FTPers. What would they know about PTP? Do you know much about storage in an enterprise environment? Hard drives fail. Backups are required. Massive amounts of critical data are very difficult to store, index, backup, and ensure no corruption takes place - all while having it online and ready to go at a moments notice.

Ever heard of a reverse argument? As I said in, oh, the first 5 pages, I'm arguing against it in order to prove it. I'm saying its bad XP in hopes that someone can come along and prove it good XP. Nowhere, you just suddenly thought that a business would want to feel good about itself instead of earn money. Already discussed that. We're talking specifically about updates that DON'T earn Jagex money or any other sort of benefit. I didn't see any plans for a non-profit organization on the Jagex website, so I see no reason to view this as anything other then promotional BS.

Not true when dealing with the RSOF. Humor and sarcasm are impossible to detect when ti's a long chain of stuipd comments, and if they let 100 people go free for every 1 innocent 1 day ban, literally no productive posts could be made out amidst the complete depravity that would be the RSOF.

No, it means that if 50,000 people at work are constantly bothering him and he only has X amount of time to deal with him, he can either carefully go through and decided to ban a few of them but end up letting almost all of them go free, he can go through and quickly ban the ones that appear bad. Yeah, he might get a false positive every now and then, but it's much better then allowing almost all of them to go unchallenged.
