Yeah you should be able to do it, my friend just completed it at 50 combat. (71 Range, 58 Magic) I would suggest training range up, to 60 or 70. You don't need prayer but I would also suggest getting a friend or someone to help you on bosses.

You're thinking of sharks. I'm 95% sure you never stop burning them aswell. Also pretty sure cooking gaunts DON'T help you cook them, only the 3 fish you cooked in the quest where you obtained the cooking gaunts, makes much more sense if you followed the story line when doing the quest imo. Yep, JaGEx confirmed that they don't help Monkfish. But it doesn't really make much difference at high 90s, you don't burn much anyways.

Well it depends on your distance from where you're mailing from. It usually took my payment 4-5 business days to reach the office. But since you mailed it around Thanksgiving, it may have been delayed till Monday to start moving towards its destination.

Well, it'd be easier to find someone on the RSOF in the Miscellaneous section to catch it for you. There are a lot of threads, typically titled "Drag Imp Spotters" or something to the same degree. They do share the rewards as well, 50/50. And if it's in a crowded place like Seers Bank, it's probably going to go fast.

You can still get money from Fly Fishing. Lots of people buy cooked trout/salmon and even more raw. The GE helps a lot with sales of these fish as well.

You sold 1k sharks for 1M last week? That's already a good price. Last week I had 2k sharks and couldn't sell them for over 900, and ended up selling at 850. Uncooked sharks have been around 800-850 for a while, so this price change isn't that drastic.
