Paypal doesn't accept American Express giftcards to transfer funds to your account, and Runescape doesn't accept it either. If you're going to get a Gift Card, get Visa or Mastercard.

I believe he meant that JaGEx should allow people to wield these items without the necessary attack but eliminate any attack bonuses and have them attack as though they were wielding no weapon, like when a P2P goes into F2P with a members weapon.

If you're going to make "pixel signatures" then just use MS Paint, but if you're making other sorts using effects and tools, get GIMP or Photoshop. Photoshop rocks though \

Well I got mine at Walgreens and it's basically the same as CVS, so possibly yes. If it's not that far, you could just go in and ask a Cashier.

You could also join a PC Group, though most PC groups are at least 90 or 100 combat+. I recommend training elsewhere until you're higher combat :D

It eliminated Merchanting? What? Where did I get the GP I earned today then? :shock: I's useful. I, however, haven't had anything to sell there really because I don't keep useless or hard to sell items. I like forums more anyhow. Don't really like JaGE'x restrictions on price range though..

Just a sidenote, you can't buy from General Store anymore for the cheap price because all items in Player Stock now reflect the min. price in GE. But Willows are still really cheap, so you can just buy them.

The 2 ways I've used which don't require any parental consent or assistance are Debit/Gift cards and PayByCash. Through Debit/Gift cards, with a Mastercard Gift Card, you can purchase a $30 (3.95 activation fee) one from your nearest store, like Walmart, and use it to pay for your membership like a credit card. Or PayByCash and mail it in. No receipt or anything is sent back so your parents wouldn't know unless they saw you mail it out. This is more expensive and takes a bit longer.

Ah >.<, well JaGEx basically limited how much you are allowed to stake and win to 3k gp per 15 minutes. You can't stake items/rares anymore either, because their value will be based on their respective average prices on the Grand Exchange. So Staking is essentially dead, unless you're looking for a 12k per hour profit.

Uh you must have missed the Duel Arena Update. Staking is dead, because of the 3k per 15 minutes rule.

It'd stay in at it's price but it won't sell. You'll need to go back and change it manually.

Big problem with your plan >.<, it takes 10% of your total money out each day, so if you're under 750k, it won't take 75k anymore (75k is max). So if you do only put 1M, you'll have to wait a long time to use it all, or you need to put more money in to get more resources, or you can just take whatever resources you do get. Also flax isn't quite 100 ea, maybe 70 - 80 ea.

The style and mode of delivery of the message is a little unconvincing to be honest. Also I don't seem to be able to find an announcement to support the fact that this npc is now officially sanctioning parties. Colour me skeptical, if you will. I agree that it didn't seem like something JaGEx would program NPC's to say. I saw a guard in W2 Fally say it and I killed it because I thought someone was under him spamming. But I realized that it was the guard when the message stopped.

It is good exp, but people typically use it with at least a Dragonstone enchant, though it's best at Onyx. Not sure how cost effective or fast it is at lower enchants.
