Problem with that is the travel to the bank with the planks. Using the Hot Air Balloon method, you travel there by balloon and back by Dueling Ring.

In response to the whole "there's no way it's 1 in 50 z0mg", he was just using that as an example. He was explaining that the odds were for each dragon not collectively meaning you're never guaranteed a drop.

I believe those are all the possibly weight reducing items. Just take some logs out, it'll still be faster than most alternative methods.

I would agree (with the above post) seeing your situation. But actually, if the non-combat stats on that account aren't terribly high, you could start a new one. I would recommend starting a new one especially if you still want to PK again soon.

Isn't there the exact same discussion going on in another thread? I don't see why people just don't take it upon themselves to make their own signatures. And if they don't want to, can't or are too lazy to, go request one. It's not that hard. And does it matter if it does change every level? Update it when you want. You shouldn't care what other people think of your player that much anyways... seems like all people want is attention from their stats.

First you need to cut the gem with a chisel. Then get the corresponding mold (necklace mold, amulet mold, or ring mold). These can be bought at most crafting stores, like the one in Al Kharid. Then take the gem, a gold bar, and the mold and use the gold bar on any furnace. It will give you the option of crafting the jewelry you want. If you're making an amulet, you'll need a ball of wool to string it.

Yes, the combat level of the two characters. They're not equal levels. Pures are good because they are better than others at their level. Of course they're worse or equal with characters way beyond their level. Take your example. If we keep one with 50 STR, 50 ATT, and 45 DEF, and make the other one the same combat level, it could have 75 STR, 50 ATT and 20 DEF. That's why pures are good. The loss of defense levels allows them to advance their strength beyond what other characters of their level have.

Isn't this a big update considering it bans SS (for now), 3rd party programs and things like dynamic sigs? I don't remember seeing it in the recent updates, why not? Couldn't one just act stupid and say they never saw the rule change?

I would stick to PC (if you still want to) but instead join Affliction since it's 90 +. You should average 50 pts per hour or so, well at least I did with Heart Unit. Or trying using Dharoks and train on shades (I believe those are best?). Bandits in the desert are great too, more so for the "afk" training so you can browse forums.

Ya most aggro monsters stop when you're twice their level plus 1. However, some monsters never stop attacking.

This is my question. Anyone have an answer? I don't doubt it to be true but I don't understand why it is true. The characters are better "fighters" when compared to other characters of their level. Say you compare two level 70's, one a pure and another a balanced build. The pure will most likely have 80 or 90 strength, having much more than the other character. In a fight, quick finishes and KO's are more important than surviving. Basically you can say that the combat system in unbalanced, strength having more of an impact in battles than attack and even more than defense.

I would suggest getting all the items already suggested like Guthans, Black Mask (any charge), Cannon + Cannonballs and Bones to Peaches for those situations where Guthans isn't that effective or you don't want to use it.

It wouldn't be wise to make this your only form of profit. It's a great extra income though if you just bring a cat along with you while you do other things though.

Yes those are "legit" threads discussing the legality of luring and whether it should be legal or not. I'm talking about the threads that will ultimately end up with other players getting "hurt" because of lures. And no, I doubt this is illegal since there's no rule about this but once again, it's so far against the spirit of the game.

I don't think Tip.It allows players to ask questions that are against the spirit of the game... previous posts on "how to lure" or "is luring legal" have been locked so I don't see why this should be allowed. Whether or not it's legal, you shouldn't do it. And if you're a victim of it, you have the right to report them and let Jagex figure it out.

You can't with Draynor signatures. They take their levels directly from the hi-scores. Some sites let you edit it though. Only way I can think of you can do it yourself, is to edit the image.

Ya I think the March BTS is the main cause of the recent price increase. They may have been going up before, but most people noticed a huge increase around the time the Behind the Scenes was posted. A lot of rumors and price manipulation came from that phrase, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was the main cause.

In the "Ghosts Ahoy" quest you have to repaint the sails on a toy sailboat. I don't think the item I was talking about was called toy sailboat now that you mention that, since that's needed for a quest.

First 1k: Found gold amulets on the ground and sold to general store. First 100k: Fished salmon/trout, cooked and sold to pkers at Varrock wildy (RSC). Decent demand back then so it was a pretty good way of making GP. First 1M: Managed my own log shop here on Tip.It called Azn Pryde Log Shoppe. Had around 3 workers (now they're my best friends on RS) and made good money off willows and yews.

I don't have any information on the other groups but Heart Returns is 110+ as well.
