Hi, pretty simple question to ask, what's the best thing to alch at the moment? I am buying all my own supplies (too lazy to make natures). 84-90 mage would cost me 5m if I did Yew Longs, so are there any other suggestions? I'm spending around 8m here, to get wherever that takes me. Alternatively if anyone has info about making planks to raise my mage level, that would be great, since I don't really know the figures for that. Thanks.

Why controlled? Its slow. Same speed as training all 3 seperately, if not quicker as explained by ultimatballr. However if the original poster just wants 99 attack I would go Zombie gorillas for EXP, but really it should be slayer..

It's worth mentioning that the actual experiments start in October. Wednesday is the day it goes 'live', but I don't think any actual smashing will occur. Interesting thought, I have given it some consideration. Some stories say that if a black hole is created then the world will be sucked up in an instant. Most of those stories, however, are from stupid tabloid newspapers and are mostly fictitious. The more probable outcome if a black hole is created is that it will take roughly 4 days for the Earth to be swallowed up. It's here that it becomes interesting. Do we start to circle around and around in a photon sphere? This could be very disturbing, since, according to what I've read, there is an outside chance of some matter moving around the photon sphere (which surrounds the hole itself) for a potentially infinite amount of time, until at some point the black hole grows/has enough gravitational pull, to pull you into itself. Obviously, flying around and around a black hole for a few days knowing your impending doom is hardly a comforting thought. And what happens if you "fell" into a black hole? Where there is no time or space? Do we all become part of the "singularity"? Or, do we keep our shape and matter within the hole itself (we don't know "Where" the hole is), and stay there in a kind of limbo?

I had a similar problem, I believe you can only use scrolls that are used as an attack, or something. For instance you can't enchant the running scrolls from a terrorbird.

Defender, but maybe buy an Obby Shield for stronger enemies and also general usage against monsters that used ranged (obby shield has good range defense.).

Well said toastie. But neither of them are innocent. I would've thought a horrific crash like the one you suffered would have a profound affect on how you behave to other people. I have had complications in my life and believe me, they change the way I look at others. Farming runs, runecrafting (not laws), getting from one place to another, having extra space for things like herbs on Spectre tasks, mining, etc. Yes, it is more effective since if you have enough scrolls, you have "infinite" energy. The Oo'glog bath lasts 15 minutes if I'm correct? While the terrorbird lasts 34 mins or so, so with enough scrolls, then it is.

IMO, Ape Atoll on W46 is more fun than getting your face punched in by Revs. Take a few summer pies and it's more enjoyable.

Personally I think that only the dragon boots are worth buying. But if that setup is better than the one you've got, why not sell up? If you want to do some serious combat (slayer, etc.) then over the long run those items may be more useful than a whip. And once you have a whip...

55-70 prayer is what, 4m, 4.5m? Well worth it, and if you have 10m, use it on something useful like that. It's easy to find an open altar.
