6400 is the speed of the RAM, I'm not sure exactly what it is or means. But if you take it and divide by 8 you'll get the speed in MHz. DDR2-6400 /8= 800MHz DDR-3200 /8 = 400MHz :) If you increase this number you'll get faster RAM. Your motherboard will have a maximum speed of RAM you can use up to. Most modern motherboards on the DDR2 format can use 1066MHz (DDR2-8500). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DDR2_SDRAM is great if you want some more technical information.

Vista ran really slow on my 4400+ X2 with 2GB RAM, I'm pretty sure it was because of a lack of proper IDE drivers, but I'd suggest a minimum of 2GB as it is a very memory hungry OS. At any one time, I was using over 1.5GB of my RAM just on background tasks. Admittedly, windows XP is similar in that, if you add more RAM it uses more. So it probably will run on 1GB... Just not advised, by me. :P

Probably your external IP address? Go to google and type in "what is my ip?" then click on the first link and that page will tell you what it is. If it matches, yes it is. If it doesn't match, I suggest you don't touch anything. :P

Just skip England. Go north to Scotland... We're much friendlier than the English (apart from Glasgwegians), we have better tasting food (who doesn't like sheep guts boiled in its own stomach? :D) and mostly... Our scenery and historical buildings are awesome. If you HAVE to go to England... Pop over to a place called Whitby, it's lovely and has some real good food and pubs. Also a day trip in York is good too. I hated London... Then again, I'm not one for big cities and I was a lot younger at the time. Uhhh... The lake district is also quite nice, no where near as pretty as our highlands though. :mrgreen:

Addons. Try disabling them all via Internet Options. Then one at a time enable them until the problem comes back. You'll also need a sure fire way to get it to crash first. Tis the only way you can figure out what's doing it. Other more extreme measures include ending processes in Task Manager or a format. Ok the last one is just to make things easier. Apart from that it's A-OK. Favourite character is definately L though. After Death Note I have Witchblade and another anime to watch... The other one has Zombie in the name and it's about something to do with a girl who can see rings round people necks that tell her when they're going to die. Witchblade... I dunno, the art looked amazing on the official website. So I'll watch it. Also can't wait for the next Hellsing Ultimate to be released. Wanna see other bad [wagon] things Alucard does. Especially wanna see Seras be a vampire and go all evil-like again. Only because there isn't a chance in hell that a vampire's supposed to be that cute(sy)... -.- Initial D, long awaited next season. Can't wait to find out what happens and how they finish it off. Might piss me off slightly if they continue it for yet another season, because I hate waiting. My other favourites are Full Metal Panic, Tokyo Underground, Ghost in the Shell (Can't wait for Season 3 (English) either), Robotech (Only watched the Macross saga, got 'The New Generation' but before I watch it I'll have to get The Robotech Masters). I like other various Animes (usually released in English). Only time I watch them in Japanese is when I hear about them before they're released in the UK... :P Like I said, I'm impatient. Whatever is fastest at the time (per pound of course). Used to be AMD Athlon all the way (Currently X2 4400+). Now if I were to buy a processor it'd be an Intel Core 2 Duo near the middle of the range. I'm not sure of the numbers, but when you have to pay near double the price for a 0.4GHz increase in speed that's when I stop. :thumbsup:

Why wouldn't you use Windows Movie Maker? Apart from exporting to only WMV's I think it's a bloody good program. Simple and easy to use, powerful enough for the average computer user... Yet you want more? The only way you'd need more is if you were jumping into the realms of the professional. In that case, don't be so damn cheap and go out and buy some Adobe product for a crap load of money. :P
