EXAMS. Well, not today. But studying for them. Got my calculus and materials exams back today - 100% and 95%. [bleep] yeah. Not feeling as good about my thermodynamics exam tomorrow however... probably going to end up staying up most of the night studying. Oh well. Probably shouldn't be on tif right now... Just want to relax for a few days!

Whether or not you feel that you are actually learning in school, or that you need to be learning at all, school is the accepted method of proving that you are worthy of getting a job other than unskilled minimum wage labour. Also, math is awesome. Of course, you only need higher math if you go into a field where you will use it. You can get by fine without it - lots of people do. I simply prefer to always be confident in the fact that am capable and intelligent enough to do basically anything. Even if that just means being able to calculate (in my head) tips, tax, unit prices, convert from C to F, etc. In addition... I am an engineering student. I use math of a very high level every single day for school, and will continue to do so in my future career. So, it seems logical that I would be an advocate of the usefulness of math. Not everyone needs to know advanced calculus - but hey - there's money out there for those who do.

Like many others, I use wiki for a quick search. Hard to beat it for random info. I used to use runehq for quest guides. I preferred them over tip.it's, however I haven't done any quests in around a year so can't really comment on that anymore.

Finally got 99 fletching. I know it isn't much of an achievement these days... however: It was the first skill I ever got to level 90, well over 4 years ago (possibly 5 now). I then lost all interest in the skill, and averaged about 1 level per year. This year for the bonus weekend I figured I might as well try to get a bit closer to 99. Ended up doing 95-98 in under 3 hours. Slowly finished off 99 after that (really busy with school!) until finally reaching 99 now. Mostly broad arrows and adamant bolts fletched for 90-99. This is my 11th skill to 99. Slayer is probably next at 97. I could also finish off farming quickly if I come across some money.

It is a direct function of how fast you can bank. If you're doing it right, you should be banking quickly, meaning you should pick up both.

Dunno, saw a few posts claiming that most of the people banned didn't have any idea why. Then again, of course you'd say that if you were overload/death reset glitching.

Why are you starting a clan before you even know how to do the skill? Doesn't it make sense to learn how to do it, or join another clan first? People will see that you suck at dungeoneering, and the only people who join will be low levels looking to leech their way through.

Grrrrrrr. You people who do less homework in college/uni make me mad :( 4 chapters worth of calculus homework, thermodynamics assignment, powerpoint presentation, and a programming assignment all need to get done... and I don't feel like it. On the bright side, I think I found a solution manual for thermo - currently torrenting.

Like most of you, full time student. Currently working towards a degree in mechanical engineering. I really wouldn't have time to work, even part time.

Meh. I dated my girlfriend for 3 months, and then I had to go away for the summer (which is 4 months). We managed to see each other every few weeks though so I guess it wasn't completely a long distance relationship. Worked out fine for us. IMO, as long as it isn't long term/permanently long distance it can work fine if both people want it to. I think it's unlikely to work out if one partner goes away to college, and the other doesn't - simply too long, too many new people, etc.

Could go for a fire cape or soul wars cape to improve gear. 70 prayer for piety is a good stat goal.

Always use iron titan and as many scrolls as possible for every multi combat task. Pretty easy :P Although a bit easier once you can soul split and never worry about taking damage.

Dunno. I use diamond the whole way through. I would say bring better bolts at least for Jad. By killing him quicker you are reducing the chance that you will mess up and die.
