I think the last movie I saw now was A Clockwork Orange. That's one book I would actually read.

I'm just trying to have a nice relaxing summer. It's been going easy but it's also kind of boring. I have to do community service this summer too. I'm a bad boy. :shame:

It's the best Runescape fan site and surprisingly most people actually reason with each other on here. Almost every other forum I have seen just has people saying, "Lolz I can beat you up irl I'm 7 feet and in a gang." Also, the mods aren't too strict and they aren't too apathetic.

I remember my first day of Runescape. My brother told me that you are safe in towns, but if you leave a town then other players can kill you. I finished Tutorial Island and was teleported to Lumbridge. I saw people killing Lv 2 Men and I didn't know they were NPC's, so I yelled at my brother and said, "I thought you said I was safe in the towns! I just saw like five people die!" Then I ran to a building for safety and logged out.

I don't see the problem with comparing skills. They all have their similarities and differences. Venn diagrams are used to compare and contrast - meaning the two subjects being compared are not going to be exactly the same. What's the point of comparing two things if they're exactly the same? In terms of money, I'd have to say Woodcutting is better because of Magics being more expensive than sharks. When it comes to Xp, I think I level up Fishing faster thanks to Monks and Shark Gloves.

For a scenario like that, yes. When someone asks me where something is or what levels I have, I almost always tell them. But when they keep asking you and try to survey you, it gets annoying. If someone doesn't know how to hunt, why can't they spend 5 minutes of their time to look up the help on KB? Why do they bother us instead? Who are the lazy ones here?

You used Runecrafting high scores to compare how popular Bounty Hunter is to RCing. I dare you to quote me where I said you're comparing RCing to Bounty Hunter high scores. I said if you use the high scores to compare RCing to BH and use the results against me, then I could have just as easily done the same thing but in my favor. Read and comprehend before making accusations of someone "twisting your words".

Well, there's a trading limit and you said people can still find loopholes to RWT. If Jagex's updates didn't destroy RWTing then this wouldn't destroy powerleveling. Xp Farmers are paid for the amount of Xp they gained, it doesn't matter how long it takes them to gain that Xp. As for rotating skills, I hope you know that it adds up to a lot of time wasted if you don't stick to one skill. By the way, this was stated by Runescape's number 1 skiller... Like I said, this is an update that would cause a lot more grief to skillers than it would to RWTers.

And you are not a skiller so you don't know what you're talking about either. People woodcut to woodcut. People play Bounty Hunter to fight. There is no combat involved in woodcutting so your comparison is obsolete. Saying that you'll get attacked by other woodcutters if you get a log is just blowing everything out of proportion. It just sounds to me like someone can't find a good clan. By the way, I'm not only defending Woodcutting just because I'm 99. I'm arguing that the removal of a skill (any skill, even herblore) is a horrible idea.

Summoning is already my favorite skill. I just got 30. :P The charms were a little hard to get at first, but once you find a good method of getting them, you'll be set. Also I didn't realize that even the very high-leveled summonings only require 1 charm each and they give a lot more xp.

You're missing the point, 123. If they took out Magic Trees and Yew Trees then they would have to give a replacement like they did for PKing/Staking. For the millionth time, PVP was not REMOVED - it was CHANGED. If this whole thing is about how you miss making money, then train your stats and win some tournies. First, please learn to spell before insulting someone's intelligence. :) (effectively* and because*) Second, there is no piling or teaming in Duel Tournaments. That is solo. You can still duel regularly too but without staking. That is solo. Also, Jagex said they would be releasing another solo PVP mini game. So, Mr. Genius, solo PVP was not REMOVED. Even if it was removed you still have multiplayer PVP. Welcome to an MMORPG. Your combat skills still have use. That is like saying "Oh I got 70 Attack but then they nerfed the Whip's Spec! Now I wasted all that time training!"

Your point...? Seriously, how does that fact change anything at all? Consider this in your argument: Jagex never removed PVP Combat. They changed it. Your combat skills still exist. You didn't lose any of your work gaining that XP. Sly is suggesting the REMOVAL of some of the skills. He even said himself that there would be no replacement just more monster drops to collecting resources. This means, since there would be no replacement, all that XP those skillers gained went completely to waste. He wants the skills to be REMOVED, not CHANGED like PVP was.

Okay then you can get 1.1m xp a day until 91 when you can get 2.2m. So yes it is possible but you will probably get VERY bored. lol

I never got even close to 20k xp a game. You only get around 10k a game at our levels.

Members and high-leveled players call me a noob all the time for the stupidest reasons. F2P alone isn't the problem... It's always gonna be like this so the best thing to do is just ignore it.
