Summoning is a very diverse skill, but it is a combat skill, so yes I think it should raise combat. if it didn't, imagine this little level 3 comming into bounty hunter, then whipping out a steel titan! well.. even a lvl 30 with 99 summoning.. sighz.

I think that runescapers are very non-racist in the actually meaning of racist. You don;t judge someone if their black in runescape, chances are, you didn't even notise, think if someone pm's you, with something like a "hi!" do you go; "damn, this kid is black, i don;t wanna talk to him" no. as to levels, probally, a level 40 is more likley to call the lvl 15 a noob then the level 130 is. (not all level 40's say this, it's just an exgample).

I have always hated the look of phpbb3, the profile page is messign and hard to controll.. the general look is too cluttered. + none of the buttons work, so i have to quote someone to post a reply. i just overall hate it... yeh.

Hmm, the first 2 are fine, but the 3rd either you went over te render with your brush, or it's a horrible render cut. a way to fix this is make a new layer and paste the render over. just testing out the new forum atm, i'm not really liking it :(
