I really miss the old random events they were such a nice break from training.

I don't really think this will have too big of an effect on the current community. To be honest alot of the younger players in my eyes tend to be more mature then some of the so called "veterans" of this game to begin with.

I personally dislike the update but jagex was right to do it. For the new players early on there going to be more inclined to continue playing when there hitting constantly on a chicken instead of waiting for a magical 2 or 3 every thirty seconds. It also allows jagex more room to create new options for combat which will be enjoyed by the older players as well. The only real complaint that can be had of this update is if you really preferred the unique system we had to the system that most other mmo's have today.

Low wall at agility pyramid took 5 mins for the first two and around 11 mins for the second set..I'd say its the way to go.

I have absolutely no problem with what your saying and to an extent I agree. But I don't see how someone else getting free xp effects your achievements. Those achievements are still yours, just because someone gets a 99 easier then you did doesn't belittle your achievement . This game is about having fun and accomplishing goals and in the end you still get to do that.

To be honest the game is going to keep getting easier and because players tend to prefer quicker xp and jagex listens to the players. I'm guessing even you opted for easier xp in your 99 thieving goal and did pyramid plunder instead of pickpocketing. So I don't really see how you can complain about 10 hours of quicker xp..

Dont think they do. I made like 90 without getting one, switched over to tradable potions and got one after 20 or so. Yeah did 800 to see no rocks

Does anyone know if serums work for herblore? would be a cheaper alternative

Call me old fashioned but I preferred the old style. I'm not saying this is a horrible update because its essentially the same as before. But I will miss the simple system that was in place before

I don't really understand why your rates would jump from a 2 or a 3 to a 7-8 with just one level.. But congrats on 98 and good luck with the cape.

They were all pretty horrible. Although I might be bias because I find the whole idea of machinima in general inartistic and dumb. If I was forced to vote though I'd go with number 8. edit- 7 and 10 made me die inside
