  1. That happens all the time. I can cope with being called 'Mum', but I did find it rather unnerving when one of the children called me 'Dad' one time. :uhh:
  2. He used a cheap disposable razor on his arse? Is he insane?
  3. lol thats what i say to all the girls :P Good God, was that the sole (ha!) reason for making this thread? I feel I have to point out that: 1. Size really doesn't matter. 2. We don't believe that crap about feet anyway. 3. We're not all that shallow.
  4. Exactly. To quote Alden Nowlan:
  5. My word, that is so sexy. How can any woman resist you? :D My jeans get covered in christ-knows-what at work so they have to be washed every couple of days. I don't think I'd be inclined to wear them for longer than that anyway. But yes, inside-out is the way to wash them. And make sure you empty your bloody pockets first too - nothing worse than bits of tissue all over the clean laundry.
  6. Neither do I, and I don't feel inclined to find out.

  8. I think it's pretty safe to assume that he didn't plan on having that story broadcast like that (if, of course, there is any truth in it). But really, who cares what he does in the privacy of his own home? None of that alters his leadership qualities.
  9. We've had the smoking ban in Wales since the 2nd of April. It's great, I'm all for having clean air. But there is a slight downfall. On going to pubs/clubs since the ban I have noticed that without the mask of smoke, other smells are now rearing their disgusting heads, i.e. stale alcohol, vomit carpets and sweaty bodies. Eew. I'm not saying that this is comparable to people's health, I'm merely making an observation.
  10. I love any form of communication - texting, talking, typing...they're all good for me. :
  11. Samsung U600. It has taken some getting used to. At first I kept accidentally pressing the touch screen buttons and calling people I didn't want to call.
  12. I've been fortunate enough not to ever rip my trousers. However, back when I used to work in a shop I once caught my shirt on something and the buttons all flew off exposing my chest for all to see. It wasn't a great moment for me.
  13. Aww, bless. You have my sincere condolences, Sweetheart. My advice to you would be to talk all you want to, grieve all you need to and strive to be the person your Grandmother wanted you to be. And as Mel correctly said, there's no shame in crying.
  14. An elephant's arse is there too. Are you going to play with/climb that? :P Happy Birthday.
  15. I'm so jealous, I really wanted to go. I had to make do with watching it on TV. Yey for sky though, I could pick and choose who I wanted to watch. Sounds like you had a great time, lucky sod. :D
  16. Hahahah you do what I do, I suck them up with the vacuum cleaner. Really? I'm always scared that they crawl out again and take their revenge on me. :P I always ask someone else to empty it and kill the spider for me if it's not dead. I'm not satisfied just to have them thrown outside. I heard that they have a homing insinct. I don't know whether it's true or not, but I don't want to take any chances.
  17. Mmm, have you? Have you, really? What exactly did your researech entail? Watching Dr Who.
  18. How the hell is anyone meant to remember something like that? I have no idea what the first movie I ever saw was, but I do remember the first time my parents took me to the cinema. We saw Disney's The Fox and The Hound. I also remember my sister taking me to see The NeverEnding Story when it came out in 1985.
  19. I don't suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, but I do have very mild OC tendencies relating to colour. It can be a little embarrassing when I move things around in shops, at work or in people's houses.
  20. You've hit the nail right on the head there. Anyone wanting to grasp a better understanding of children should read Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development. Sigmund Freud's theory of the psychosexual stages of child development also makes very interesting reading, but this includes the Oedipus complex which while being interesting to some, proves to be uncomfortable reading for others.
  21. But what if I don't want to be kidnapped? :P Hmm, a superpower. The invisibility thing doesn't do it for me really - I wouldn't want to invade someone's privacy like that. Nadril, if you want to perv on someone, find someone who's willing - you don't have to do it in secret. As the saying goes: it's not what you know, it's who you know. : I think I'm going to have to say that like Kayla, I'd like to be able to fly.
  22. It's nice, but I'm not too keen on the clouds, to be honest. :? Sorry, I'm being awkward. What about a darker, starry sky?
  23. I know I'm pestering you now, but could you possibly do me another. The last one you made for me was so lovely. : Sig and avvy using this pic please, with "Suzi" on the sig only. Thanks :D
