The future of rare's is actually quite simple to predict, there are 2 possible scenario's: 1: they will keep getting rarer untill nobody wants to sell them anymore, or at ridiculus prices like 2bil+ 2: somebody finds a way to dupe again and the prices of rare's drop back to 100k

No there wasn't, this topic has been brought up a 100 times and there isn't even a shred of evidence that there ever was a black party hat. There were a few people that asked paul and andrew for a black phat as a joke, no more, no less nuff said edit: somebody had already beat me to it :P

ah, being a f2p mod i get followed quite a lot. for example (true story :D ) I was buying rune meds in varrock when a lvl 47 who was selling lobs started following me. The only thing he said was: **** u and u ****. So I grab some tele's walk to port sarim ( i needed some runes anyway :) ) and I teled back to varrock leaving him in port sarim. Yup that's what you get for being annoying

it's only a matter of time untill someone finds a new duping method and rares drop back to 100k
