You can smith addy plates at level 88. If you want 89, thats only 1 level. Idk how thats 51m as homowz said.

Slayer until 99 then you'll be very rich and be able to afford 95 pray + 88 herb or 87 dung to get 2 chaotics and frost dragons I recommend the former

You play like 30 mins a day? lol

When you are modifying your dungeon, it will provide a check mark next to any floor you have done. Do all the floors you havent done. That gives you the most prestige. When you cant do anymore floors, reset, repeat. Every time you reset, you have to again, do all the floors to build prestige back up.

At which level should I be using all my effigies on runecrafting? Hate the skill but don't wanna look nub with a lvl 66 skill. Im using it on prayer atm since I have nothing to use it on.

Ccb isnt necessary. Regular rune cbow will do 90+ melees and range 88 summon - almost a must at least a godsword
