Can't say i was impressed. I'd heard a fair bit of hype but the tracks i heard didn't live up to it, in my opinion. Passed on tickets to one of their gigs as well.

God i love akimbo rangers. Put the riot shield as the primary, though i've only used it once or twice. Saved a team mate with it today. He was standing in the doorway on the inside of a building as i was coming up to it from the outside. A sniper shot him but didn't kill him, i just saw the red dot on the map, switched to shield and stood facing the dot with him lying down behind me and stayed there until he had regenerated his health. Sniper fired like 3 more rounds into my shield before he either gave up or someone flanked him. Decided im gonna unlock the nuke with my next reward point. Also, what would people recommend as my killstreaks? At the minute i have Predator Missile -> Harrier -> Chopper Gunner. When i unlock the nuke i was thinking Harrier -> Chopper Gunner -> Nuke. Was also contemplating the AC-130 but im not sure.

Made a class with marathon/lightweight/commando for getting into the thick of it. Akimbo rangers with a riot shield, C4 (as i play domination, can trap the flag points) and stun grenades. Came so close to a new killstreak first game. Haven't unlocked the tactical nuke yet however. Don't really use the shield a lot but it's funny seeing how people react when i do. Domination point B on skidrow is in the centre of a long corridor so i put the shield on to cross into cover when two guys came round the corner, saw me, fired a couple of rounds and started backing away. Once they got into the side room i got the rangers out and got myself a nice triple kill.

Stupid host migration. Ran around a corner just as an enemy came out the door in front, the second i hit the trigger the host migration screen popped up. New host found whatever, countdown begins. I already had my gun aimed at the guy so i just held down the trigger with the sight button. The second the game restarts i get treated to a kill cam of the guy in the door spraying me with his LMG. I wasn't even in control at that point. It only happened once but it sucks [wagon]. Also, insert another rant here about the slight lag meaning enemies unfairly get the kill. <_<

Really noticed how messed up the shotgun ranges are. So damn annoying. Got a few lulz out of these 14 year old English kids playing last night. Playing domination on Afghan, they were on me and my friends team and we were demolishing the other side. One of the kids started arguing with his mum with his headset still on, who was telling him he'd been on it all day and whatever. In the lobby after, his two pals decided to try and take the piss out of some guy on the other side who didn't play too well. Pretty sure the dude was drunk cos he started swearing and talking smack with them. They then started talking smack to me so me and my friend said we'd let the scores of the next match settle it. Turns out we got Terminal, which is by far my best map. Needless to say we completely decimated them. I got most points/kills/least deaths but the kids in the lobby after started making excuses about lag and how they were "only Tac Knifing". Kids these days... :razz:

Some of them are hilarious. As someone else said, it's much better to have all the crap in one place.

That just happened to me. Happened once too many this session so decided to take a break before i rage launched my xbox out the window haha. Also happens to me loads with knives as well, i see my own knife going into his torso as he is still running but somehow he manages to knife me first. Gah. Also started using the Intervention now instead of the .50 Cal. 'Tis good. :thumbup:

Got my K/d ratio back to what it was before i started playing [cabbage], then all the way back down again haha. Been using the .44 Magnum with TacKnife for almost everything, probably the reason i've been playing bad. Hate those akimbo shotguns, been killed a lot of times by a guy with them shooting from miles away.

Scrub what i said earlier about disliking Favela, made myself an SMG/.44 magnum class for CQB and absolutely anihilated with it. Still need to get my k/d ratio back to what it was before my [cabbage] spell this morning.

Can't play this game at all today, keep getting killed by stupid stuff. So damn frustrating

Made a class trying out the riot shield with the USP pistol (favourite sidearm, apart from the AA-12) and absolutely massacared with it. Hoping to unlock tactical knife or whatever with it very soon. Also unlocked and got my first chopper gunner on terminal tonight thanks to the trusty AUG H-BAR. I really agree with xxxgod that it feels more like an AR than an LMG. Also, how often do you get to unlock a new killstreak reward, is it after X amount of levels or xp?

Been playing a bit crap lately, still learning the maps though. Dislike favela, karachi and another similar one. Trying to find a setup that suits me on those kinds of maps. Favourite maps at the minute are terminal (the airport one) and wasteland and the arctic one thats like a trainyard or something.

I wouldn't say i do. I'd rather choose to avoid someone after speaking to them and disliking their personality, rather than avoiding them based on what they looked like alone. Starting Uni in autumn was a real eye opener where meeting new people was concerned. I'd say most people were pretty open minded about meeting new people in general, not judging on looks/background straight from the off. However, i found some folks from more well off backgrounds a lot more judgemental than other people, like judging on looks etc before speaking to the person.

It really is. I'm using it with holographic sight at the minute, was thinking about using handgrip as i didn't find the iron sights that bad to use. The FAL's pretty good as well. The Barret, AUG HBAR and FAL is all i'm using right now.

Liked the herblore update best, although it was like a double edged sword. Fair enough, high leveled potions to make but now it's dearer to train.

Back home and started playing again. Just unlocked the Aug LMG, first game with it i got a new highest killstreak. Just experimenting with different setups at the minute, see what suits my playing style.
