Ball Tapping
Didn't really have a name for it at our school. Wasn't really a game as such either. If there was someone standing "unguarded", he was fair game. Many a fight was started after someone took a backhand slap to the jewels and didn't see the "fun" side. Don't blame them either to be honest. A bigger thing at our school was "two for flinching". Basically, someone would pretend to punch you and if you flinched, they got two free punches to your arm. Bloody [developmentally delayed]ed game. After the whole physical violence (ball tapping and the flinching) thing wore off, school started playing different gambling games for small change.

Runescape
I played fairly regular before, it was the game i played when i had a free minute at home. It's not messed with my life. If i had something more important or more fun to do (read: homework/out with friends/work) Runescape and gaming in general would take the back seat. As others have said, if i wasn't playing this in my time out, i'd be still spending the same time playing something else. Actually choosing to skip doing homework, not go out with friends or pull a sickie at work just to get some extra time on a game is pretty stupid. It's not the be all end all, it's just a game.

Done anything awsome lately?
Finally got the beginings of a band scraped together with some folk from Uni. No idea how it'll work out, only really know one of the people but first arse about/practice is on Saturday so we'll judge it after that.

Navy SEALs Face Assault Charges Against a Captured Most-Wanted Charges
My thoughts exactly. That guy deserves more than a punch to the face.

Lady Gaga - The Fame Monster
Can't say i like her. Just dance (or whatever it was called) was alright when played in bars and clubs and stuff. Not my kind of music really.

Belgian man was in a coma for 23 years... Or was he?
Wow, thats quite scary. That guy's been conscious and laying there longer than many folks on these boards have been alive. If you're younger than 23, think about everything thats happened to you this far in your life. Whilst all that happened, that guy was just there in a vegetative state. Quite a scary thought. He say's he meditated to pass the time.

How do YOU dress?
I'll start from the bottom up. Usually trainers, got a pair of Globe somethingorothers that i wear a lot and a pair of Adidas Campus trainers i wear if im going out. Jeans, black or dark blue. Not so much baggy but not skinny either. Pair of black Levi's i love. Trackie bottoms if im lounging about. T-shirts, vary a lot. Plain, band, some branded ones. I don't care, if i like it i'll wear it. Sometimes with a shirt on top. Hoody/jacket if it's cold. Yeah.

Just me. :) Nothing much.
Really nice account. Pretty balanced stats, really close to 2000 total as well.

headphones keep breaking after only a few weeks of usage?
funny you should say that cuz I do have an extension cord that I don't usually use but it has an angled jack, do you think I should try using that? Here's exact pic of it I'd give it a go, it definately helped with me.

headphones keep breaking after only a few weeks of usage?
I've had the same problem before as well. I noticed with me, when i used Skull candy head phones with the upright jack (the bit that goes into your Mp3), they hardly lasted anytime. When i bought a set of Phillips head phones with a jack at an angle [hide=(this)][/hide]they lasted much longer. Reckon this was cause of the way my iPod sits in my pocket and with me walking about and sitting down/standing up at work quite a lot, it loosened the wires a bit. Might be worth a shot getting a set with an angled jack instead of a straight one.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Headed back home yesterday to see the folks, Cod was waiting for me. Completed the campaign last night on regular, bloody brilliant start to finish. Multiplayer took a bit to grow on me, started unlocking some stuff now and i'm loving it. Got a beastly kill run with the USP earlier. Not gonna be able to play for a while when i head back.

RSC Trial-Period Over
Pretty cool, shame i've not got members at the minute. Would've liked to given it a try, don't think it'd replace Rs2 for me though.

youth
Thought that myself as well. I reckon it's just the way society is changing. Going back, our grandparents/parents got the belt at school if they misbehaved. Nowadays, you get detention or a letter home (at my old school at least). Then there's the whole "cotton wool" kids thing, where parents are too scared to let their kids outside to play because of fear of paedophiles/violence etc, which i think the media has a big part to play in blowing quite a lot of it out of proportion. Good article on it here.

The 90's Strike Back
The 90's should stay in the 90's. As someone already said, show a young kid now a show you used to watch back then, they'll compare it to something more recent and say it sucks [wagon]. As for Limp Bizkit etc, liked them when i was younger but really can't see their appeal now.

Tip.it YouTube Channel (TIF HowTo by Rangeor: PIANO SKILLS}
Heh, nice vid. Your accent reminds me of an english teacher i had years ago. I'd need subtitles if i made a video. If xbox live is anything to go by, foreigners have a bloody hard time with scottish accents.

Electronic Music
If you'd like to get into Daft Punk a little more, they produced a live album named "Alive 2007", you can listen to it on Spotify, I'd imagine you can find fan videos on youtube aswell. Thats one of my favourite albums. Aphex Twin and Kraftwerk are good. The Jeans Team are good as well, they made the song "Keine Melodien" which was featured on the Volkswagon car adverts. Not all their stuff is electronic though.
