I'd recommend setting your quest list to filter and do all of the quests you can, then start working on getting the skill reqs for the ones you can't.

If your goal is to achieve dungeoneering xp, tokens don't have value (after you obtain all the good rewards), so you can't factor dg xp/hr into the equation.

Can you find out the xp rate with banking? And Cabbage Fishing sounds better to be honest. Ideally you'd use whatever vegetable is cheapest (and I have no idea which one is). Furthermore, you'd get people to run you sacks every so often and drop rocktails as you get them. I'll see if I can get a realistic estimate though.

Id like to point out the rocktail method Thai and I endorse: Potato Fishing. Drop a potato every 3 ticks. 10% acc at 2000 attempts/hour = 91200 xp/hour. With t4 cots, your rate will double to 182400. Banking is excluded ofc. Potato fishing.

You've had chances to get into rsc in the past and you didn't take them.

Prim rapiers have the highest raw dps (by a decent margin too). However, they only have slash and stab styles, whereas battleaxes and 2hs have slash and crush. Since stab is entirely useless (the only monsters weak to stab are also fairly weak to slash, except giant bats), the rapier only has one useful style. Effectively, a rapier-er would only be able to slash low level slash-weak monsters; otherwise a baxe would have higher dps. You want mining xp and gold bars (assuming you're sub 80 mining) You can either mine granite, make money, and buy gold bars or you can mine gold and smelt it. Considering that granite is more than twice as fast as gold, and making close to 1m/hour shouldn't be hard for you, the first option will save a lot of time.
