  1. The scout's scattergun is useless past medium range, and that's pushing it. You have to use your mobility to get in close before filling your enemy with lead. Quite a nasty weapon, actually.
  2. Don't do it, this game is a trap. Like Sins of a Solar Empire, except it doesn't need graphics to make you play it for hours on end without realising what you're doing.
  3. The Game. You just lost it.
  4. Looks like you just got trolled.

Only prissy tossers say not to hit a man in the balls because it's "cowardly" or "cheap". If it ends a fight quickly and results in you not being injured as badly as you otherwise might have, there is nothing wrong with using it. A swift kick in the nadgers has a good chance of putting a man down, provided they haven't already got enough adrenaline pumping through their system to let them ignore the pain. Another weapon at your disposal is dirt - it's everywhere, comes in a variety of colours and degrees of grittiness, easy to pick up, and hurts like bloody hell when you get it in someone's eyes.
  6. You could try Real Life. It has virtually no lag and has constant updates, but I heard the early grinding system (depending on what class you plan to take mid-game) takes up to 17 levels' worth of dailies that yield no money, and only some rep rewards. If you want cash, you have to take side-quests. Generally, high level characters control many aspects of the game, but there are always opportunities for newbies to make a name for themselves, depending on their skills and things like that. Also, depending on your starting area and the zones you decide to spend time in, you may or may not experience any actual combat. When you do, however, it is very gritty and realistic. It has incredibly good resolution and textures, and the physics engine is amazing. Thus far, I have yet to experience any framerate issues. The only problem I see is that they haven't implemented a respawn system yet.
  7. Use OOO and try not to die.

Regardless of what else I may think of him, Tom Cruise plays his part extremely well in this movie. Robert Downey Jr. was brilliant, and it wasn't Jack Black's fault that his character wasn't very well written to begin with.
  9. Thriller, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.

The furry and the alien are one and the same in their blasphemous denial of Man's blessed form.
  11. Dwarf Fortress. Oh god, Dwarf Fortress.
  12. I'm good at hitting people with swords.

My armour is contempt. My shield is disgust. My sword is hatred. In the Emperor's name, suffer not the alien to live. He who allows the xeno to live shares the crime of its existence.
  14. Wait a minute. Is this a trick question?
  15. There wouldn't be much use in making anything other than infantry and some static assets invisible, anyway. Bombs aren't intercepted by anything short of hitting something. Planes and missiles are still detectable under radar even with this technology, and would become even more expensive. There wouldn't be a point to making a carrier or its escorts invisible, since that would be expensive, and the enemy can still pick them up with radar/sonar and see the wake of the ship. Tanks make far too much noise and tend to be quite obvious in any case. No, what Johnny Foreigner should fear in the future are USMC ninjas.
  16. Hang on, so are you talking about school policy or actual government policy? Because it sounds like the school's business to me, rather than government. So you are not even complaining about the right things.
  17. Jesus Christ, number 5? Come up with some new IP, it isn't that hard.

Thread title made me lose. Thanks a lot, you tosser.
  19. I do what I do in every tight situation. Lube up and JAM IT IN. (Metaphorically, of course)
  20. I did NaNoWriMo last year and finished my 50k in 24 days. But since I'm busy at the moment, and the contest is already underway, I'll apply for being a judge as soon as I have time to fill out the form.
  21. Incineration presupposes the use of combustibles. That's my contribution to this thread.
  22. And I'd rather use the adjective "delicious". What's your point?
  23. Take him out and invade Poland for Lebensraum. Sweet, sweet Lebensraum.
