Join the clan chat "dung smith" and ask for a prom 2h or maul. Only get a maul if you're 99 str with low attack (i.e 70 att).

Why are you on a thread about the best 3rd binds if you feel binds should be chosen on what the person likes, rather than what is efficient? I like maramaros mauls, but i'm not going to bind one because enjoy using it. If you want both an offensive and a defensive bind, you have a hex, and you key often, bind a sagittarian body. Which you could do, but it's a worse defensive bind than a platebody and arguably a worse offensive bind than a blood necklace. Ultimately, it won't really make that much difference to your floor times or deaths, but it's not a bind I would personally recommend due to the small amount of situations when it's better than any other bind. Unless jagex updated it so you can smith blood necklaces, depending on a bneck drop isn't exactly a great plan. Bind a sag body till neck, assuming you have a hex.

Grab katagon arrows/kata item from the start, buy tk/ess, make like 10 cosmics, put down your gate at home tele and instantly run to the first gd/skill door you can do. Tele back to home tele to finish making your runes when there's downtime (no gds/you're not needed for a skill door) F30-35. Do them as larges, and when you can't get a team & want to hunt for hoods, do them as mediums.

Good luck! Make sure to leave a good amount of strength exp un-done, so you can train it while you dungeoneer.

Always use pies + penance horn. If you can't get a team to do ba instantly, organize a team while you do agility - Make sure you do waves 1-5 and then go back to wave 1 for maximum charge p/h.

Why don't you get a plate? Plates are only used by keyers and people who are bad at dungeoneering. It's a crutch to help bad dger's tank damage. Proper dungeoneer'ers are able to trample/safespot/pray accordingly in rooms. :thumbup: The more you know!

People in f2p use level 3 skillers. Since the OP has 40 constitution and 45 prayer I do not feel that he would be welcomed by the 'dg familiy' clan chat. Up to level 20 combat is acceptable - Sonic (f2p dger) uses up to level 20s, and i've done a few dungeons in that cc where sub 20 cb level people are allowed.

Try using world 61 & the "dg family" clan chat. They're a f2p clan that uses skillers.

There's no up to date guide at the moment - Learning how to deal with monsters and use safespotting/trampling comes with experience, though. Perhaps if you dged with people outside of your small group of friends you'd see that actually, we are breeding pros. Look at almost anyone who has been in the cc for past a month now and you'll see just how much they improve. I've watched people go from being nooby level 80 dgers to extremely competent 115+ dgers (gwyn, for example.). Yes there are some people who use the cc and don't plan to dg longterm - but even they learn a lot while in the clan. Dgs is a tipit based clan so of course we have tipiters, duh.
