I've only seen the rune scimitar so far, unwielded it looks weird, will take some getting used to. Wielded, it looks much better. Would go quite nicely with rune (t) I reckon.

Not a metal fan, and not a rap fan. I fail ._. Going to have a listen to those Modest Mouse and One Day As A Lion albums though, been meaning to for a while lol. And I'm giving The Mars Volta yet another chance seeing as the album grew on you... I hate his voice there too. Much better when he was singing (if you can call it that) for At The Drive-In ;)

I was just thinking something along the lines of how the family saying it was a dishonour was wrong because it's not like she wanted it to happen, but then I thought: was it actual rape, or was there consent? Because (in the UK anyway) a 16 year old having sex with his 15 year old girlfriend is classed as rape because she's not old enough to make her own decision or something similar. I mean, it's still bad that it happened, but I was just wondering.

Yeah, you should definitely consider reading the books. There's so much detail and so many really clever bits linking all seven books. They're magnificent and hugely entertaining.

I really, really like #3. I don't even use special attack (F2P ftl) but it's an excellent idea. The rest seem a bit petty but I suppose it's all the little things that make a big difference.

Part of me likes the idea a lot and part of me thinks it'd make some skills too easy.

I like the idea of being able to subtract. And also being able to edit - it only needs one extra button and it'd save so much effort. They need to sort out the green/yellow/red bar on high detail too, the GE's been out for so long now and it still does that.

Like Nadril said, it's just common courtesy. People are going to be less likely to bother viewing them if there's too many... The fact that there are only a handful at the moment is a good thing. And there's a difference between rebelling for the greater good and rebelling because you're stubborn, selfish and rude.

There's a thread called 'What are you listening to right now?' You wouldn't start a new thread saying "I'm listening to Oasis - Wonderwall" because there's already one in place for that. There's a thread to say what albums you're looking forward to this year. You wouldn't start a a new thread saying "I'm looking forward to the new Paramore album." I fail to see how this is any different.

^Same, I wasn't too bothered about it until I read this week's NME and remembered how good they are. By the sounds of it the new album's completely over the top in a good way. Typical Muse really ;) ohhh i wanna check that one out for SURE Do it, Portugal are amazing :D I actually pre-ordered The Satanic Satanist That's SUCH a good album! They've released an acoustic version of it aswell. People Say's one of my favourite songs of the year And I'm really, REALLY looking forward to 'brand new eyes' by Paramore. Not only because I love them but it seems that the songs are about them struggling to stay friends with each other. Which is exactly the type of album I need right now. Their new single 'Ignorance' has only been out three weeks and is already my most-played song ever lol. And I'm still not sick of it. Epic.

Some girl I knew stole a keyring from me when she was about the same age as the younger boys. About ten years later, she's not a thief. People do stupid things at that age, some are just worse than others. Also I was trying to think of this phrase earlier and it only just came to mind - with regards to the "send them to jail to get raped in the showers!!" argument - in the words of Martin Luther King, "an eye for an eye and the world goes blind"

They shouldn't be sent to an adult prison to get raped. They're kids, for God's sake. Sure, what they did was absolutely terrible, but I'd be surprised if they realised just how horrible their actions were. They probably think either it was just a bit of innocent fun trying to be grown-up (or even just a way of having bragging rights in the playground, like "guess what, while you were all playing with Transformers at the weekend, I got laid!!!"), or thought it was just your average childhood cruelty. I'm not defending what they did, it was disgusting, but they shouldn't be sent away to be raped as a punishment.

Perfetc, once again you're not thinking before you press submit. RWTing is illegally purchasing something from a third-party website. Purchasing membership is never going to be against Jagex rules, and within that month of membership you've paid for, you're bound to do hundreds of other P2P-only things. So it's pretty much just having an incentive to buy P2P. Not RWTing at all. By that logic, buying P2P just because you want to train slayer is also RWTing. In fact, buying members to do anything within P2P is also RWTing.

Whether you're doing it for that or not is irrelevant - others will see this thread and think "well if he did it I might as well" which will lead to a load of people doing the same thing as you. Just have some patience and if you want to do a list join the queue like every other decent person who wants to do one. It's pretty selfish of you really, it just messes up the system that's already been put in place by How2PK's list.

Seriously, 3OH!3 and Asher Roth? They have one good song each. Surprised The Lonely Island didn't feature. If you say so. Seriously, A7X are godawful. I can't stand them. But I was brought up listening to (What's The Story?) Morning Glory, A Night At The Opera, Sgt Peppers, Imagine, Dark Side Of The Moon, Led Zeppelin I, Paranoid, Master of Puppets, Voodoo Child etc. Now think - does my hatred of A7X make me musically uneducated? Just because somebody isn't into a certain album doesn't affect how musically educated they are, it's just not necessarily their thing. Oh, and ignoring the other list was a dumb idea. You should've waited your turn like everybody else is doing.

The GE thing pisses me off so much! The way around it as far as I'm aware is to make sure your mouse has been hovering over whatever you want to click for a second or two before clicking, and then leave it hovering there for a second or two after clicking, normally works for me but I always forget to do it lol.

Nobody's going to quit just because bar prices have temporarily risen. They'll do something else for a fortnight until they return to their normal prices.

Actually, having worn a skillcape on both p2p and f2p, I preferred wearing it on p2p. On a member's world, everybody's seen the emote and most people know the best way to train. You just get the odd "nice cape" comment and maybe "how long did that take?" but on f2p you're constantly bombarded with "omg nice cape, emote plz" and questions about how long it took, how you did it, why you did it, how you'd recommend they train that skill. If anything, I think the best idea would be to make capes f2p - but put the cape-sellers in p2p areas. That way, you have to be a member to get the cape, satisfying the people who pay for that sort of content and getting Jagex money in the process - but you have the option of removing it on f2p without having to pay to put it back on (then you can change skillcapes if you have more than one, or change to a team cape if you want to do a clan game, just remove the damn thing when people are being irritating, or even just remove the hood so you can do the Great Orb Project or whatever)

Ooh! I do quite like the idea of making the cape look less nice for f2pers. Although they'll still have the same status on f2p as normal capes do on p2p, plus if you see one horrible cape and one nice cape for the same skill on f2p, you're bound to respect the horrible cape more for doing it on f2p if that makes sense. It's got pros and cons I guess. Tbh this debate's been going on since skillcapes came out and as much as I'd like to see it happen I doubt it will.
