Your stats are high enough to withstand a few seconds running. You might not need to pray. But yeah, you don't actually have to put the rope there - it's more just to save time if you ever go back.

As Bashful said, your best bet is to get a Teleport chamber in your house, and a mounted glory on the wall. Teleport to house tabs arn't that cheap but fast :

To start off with, you wont be making alot of money. Find the skill you're most comfortable with such as Mining or Fishing, then train it. You'll make money along the way and you'll make more money the higher level you get :

If you go as far down as possible, you can get onto the cliff. Once there, past the mummy's/skeletons (?) You'll need to place the rope on the over-hanging piece of cliff. It's a while since I did the quest, but I advise you try two or three different guides. :) Good luck!

It's possible to do without sound, but definatly no recommended. : As for the healers, they will help when close to Jad, even if attacking you. Congratulations on converting to Firefox :thumbup: To begin with, those file types are plugins for FF, you don't really need to worry about those. Visit http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-3.0.5&os=win&lang=en-GB to download, then install as any other file. Once installed FF will probably ask if you want to set FF to default browser, click yes :) After that it's pretty much the same, but more secure and faster.

That was the biggest load of rubbish I ever read. I hope you're joking you prejudice bastard. You deserve to be muted. I've played for 2 - 3 years on this player, and have never been muted or banned. I talk about what I want, often things outside of RS, I use 3 different clan chats (all open) and OFTEN talk to people under level 120. There's been a few similar problems with such tasks. All I can suggest is trying various things, un-equiping gear, hopping worlds etc. Good luck! :
