Using quickchat is like learning another language. Simply learn fast combinations for the things you NEED to say. The idea is, you keep it short and sweet ;)

It's pretty complicated and would require a lot of getting used to, There doesn't really seem to be any need for this, I believe magic is good how it is, Balancing the four elements would make monsters such as the Dagannoth from Horror from the deep, an epic fail. I don't support, but I can see you've put quite some thought into this :D

MOST businesses in the UK are in the [cabbage] atm. INCLUDING Jagex, they rely on much more than simply the cost of electricity... Supply and demand will directly hit Jagex, there will be less demand for membership as people are buying luxuries less, this includes subscriptions online and such. So yeah, Jagex are affected slightly, although the implications are minor ;)
