Sylar can read minds by opening people's heads? No he can't. Yeah that's what I said in my last post, a few people have posted that he can and I am not sure why. He "understands" minds by poking around and his intuitive aptitute does that work.Has nothing to do with mind reading. Which means that at least he (Perhaps normal people too) has the power in him,dormantly,since he only needs to see one instance of it to activate.
