I agree with the style part, it shows good taste. Wet-shaving just sounds like a stereotype that you got from some movies.
  2. My point was that ideally, instead of making the music cheaper altogether, the salaries in the music industry should be more equalized, so that if anyone at all out there is genuinely affected by piracy, the impact is lessened thanks to a higher salary, if not rendered negligible, while those who receive ridiculous sums are getting paid a little less.

Actually, it was my first time going in a while. I was hoping there'd be something funny but I was disappointed.

Anyone who posts in CP threads gets banned. That's the rule as far as I know. I reported some the other day, I was kind of proud. Even though there's nothing to be proud of really.
  5. Yes, but those who pirate consistently and efficiently won't stop. And they would be the ones doing the most damage, no?
  6. Even if they lower the prices, I can't see it going anywhere, I'd still rather get it free than cheap.

Are you in Ottawa? I didn't feel it either, but I was supposed to meet some friends at Second Cup and call them when I got there; we were on our way to the Cuban residence and I didn't know where it was. Phone wasn't working, because everyone was calling each other to check if they were okay. I look up to the sky and thing "suck a bag of [bleep]s". I head downtown to use an Internet booth. I put some money in, go on google in order to find the address of the residence, the internet isn't working either. I look up to the ceiling and say "you would". I click "quit" and it says the machine doesn't return change. "[bleep] you."
  8. The conduct represented in the search terms does not meet the standard that should be set by a citizen. OK, I'll stop now. The way I see it after a few seconds of thinking, the problem with the music industry is that those who are making a lot of dough right now are making a lot of dough, and those who don't, don't. Maybe if the salaries were more equalized, then piracy wouldn't be such an economic blow to those who work in the background. An artist being paid in the millions is just as bad as a CEO accepting ridiculous perks and bonuses. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm saying something stupid, It's 1:18 AM and i'm still laughing about Lent's joke Ummm. How does equal pay make us pirate less? If Snoop Dogg and Justin Beiber gets paid the same, how would that influence my decision to pirate? These two both make a lot of dough as far as I'm concerned. I'm talking about people who make just enough to live a decent life, and who are actually affected by piracy. If the salaries were more equal, they would not be affected by it, or at least not as hard. Clearly you can't kill piracy, and changing the music industry, as explained earlier, would only amount to amputating it further, so that's the only solution I see.

  10. Yeah, really the only thing to do here is say "[cabbage] happens :\". It's not really anyone's fault as far as I can tell.

Brunello Cucinelli? An Italian designer and a label, I believe.

I've noticed that posts starting with "I've noticed that" are you usually authored by people who think they've made a large scale discovery, and who are either wrong in that it's nothing new, or in that whatever they're saying is wrong. Jokes aside, you might be right, but most of these relationships don't last. The case where they get back together several times is really rare as far as I've seen. [Edit] I hate it when people post while I'm typing. Anyways, yeah, most relationships are doomed to fail, but you can't really figure out if it'll work if you don't give it a try...

Not even, though maybe I should. I read about the jacket on Sart Inc I think. [Edit] Nope, on Valet.
  14. Well, you didn't get the joke, but on the bright side, you explained to common folk what DRM is... :P

I'm not suggesting you start going all PUA, just that when you meet a girl, you flirt. And when you say "treat them like people", that's exactly what I'm talking about; I don't act any different around attractive girls; I've never actually gone for a girl I didn't know at all (as in, walked up to a total stranger), I've met girls and, it just sort of happens. And it seems to have hardly ever, if not ever, "just happened" for you guys.

I'm not exactly rich either. At all. My point was that blazers are meant to be a simple, sleek, elegant item. If you wrinkle a blazer that much, it loses all three of those qualifiers. And that's turning the whole of the garment around, it only really count as a blazer in the theoretical sense of the term anymore, it no longer carries its traditional associations. That's novelty. It's for that same reason that I'm not a fan of tees with blazers, extravagant takes on dress shoes, and mutated formalwear in general. The Brunello Cucinelli jacket I posted works for me, somehow. I can't really explain it. [hide=(Edit) While on the topic of alternative formalwear...] Source Huge fan of what he's wearing, the fit is fantastic. Nothing special here. Everything is perfect, save for the shoes. They kill the outfit in my opinion. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_0FjPCtl8nPY/TCJoZb-_XlI/AAAAAAAAIYQ/0e3hFq_rxQ4/s400/untitled.bmp I usually hate camo, but again, the cut of the blazer is so perfect it works, especially with the pink shirt. Not a fan of the light elbow pads (not seen on the picture). http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_0FjPCtl8nPY/TCJoaHHcTgI/AAAAAAAAIYY/9jhHgyW9lMA/s400/untitled1.bmp This jacket is amazing. It's neither too complex nor too simple, and it's sleek and elegant, I think that's why it works. Here, Wooster fails to impress. He looks sloppy at the bottom, sharp on top, and he's missing some shades.[/hide] Oh, and since when are we not allowed to post .bmp files? >_>

You guys are making it sound like the only worthwhile moment in a relationship is when you're sure it's going to last forever. There's plenty of experience to gain (that's some long term for ya), a lot of fun to have (a girlfriend is also a very close friend), etc. I also don't get how you can have other things to worry about than girls and yet score six 99s in combat skills alone; it makes me wonder how you established your list of priorities for it to end up with RS above dating. I don't want to accuse you of anything without knowing much about you, but this reasoning sounds a little bit like an excuse.

What I like about his post is that it proves how well versed in the saga TTanT is. I had to Right-click > Properties the image to get it.

^[edit well actually the post before that one] Yeah, you all would like to be in the cluster[bleep] that my head represents, just for one day. In other news, I go thrifting today, need to find a cognac belt.

Well to me it looked like a casual, but still good take on a pretty formal item, like Brunello Cucinelli's. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_0FjPCtl8nPY/TBqz_cZKC2I/AAAAAAAAIPA/9K3j6369POE/s1600/brunello-cucinelli-water-proof-blazer.jpg But now it just looks like a mess, it's hard to make a blazer and add a lot of novelty because it's such a conservative item.

Then I'm more keen on the second, though black is pretty bleak, and three buttons is too corporate for me.

Links H2PK, I'd go with the first one (waterproof blazers are cool), but I can't tell just from the pic. I'd like something with one or two buttons instead, too.
  24. The way I see it, the right path was making sure his/her friends didn't [bleep] her over. That's not the way he was thinking though, he doesn't mind the [cabbage] that's happening to her. And on top of that, I wouldn't be surprised if he's had an influence on his friends (but if he hasn't, at he's got a lot less to be blamed for). He thinks what she's done is wrong. And it's not. She found someone better. What is she supposed to do, stay with him and pretend she still like him? That's not right either. Now, I would have given advice if everything wasn't said and done. If he said "I'm considering telling her parents", I would have said the same thing, but with advice, youknowhatimean?
