No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
@y_guy 1) I present to you Nick Wooster, fashion director of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. The latter sells shoes that cost more than your entire wardrobe (I presume). :P 2) And my point was that in the past, while there were a few bursts of tight in some places, lately it's been pretty big, and that chances are menswear will remain slim for a while. 3)Leggings for men are in (though worn with baggy tops to hide junk).

No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
It seems this slim trend (or era) is geared towards all men with an interest in style though. Most people at Pitti Uomo (Florentine fashion) has been wearing slim trousers. As you mentioned, hipsters, hardcores, emos, skaters, jerk kids, and many who can't be stereotyped, are also sporting fitted or tight clothes. [hide=People wearing fitted clothes] [/hide]

No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
It's here to stay for a while, save for statement pieces, in which case they really will be oversized, not just baggy. Although you're right men won't go as tight as women in the mainstream (most men won't be wearing leggings). @ 2:12; 6:10; 7:49 Guy, you've got it all wrong. Watch the video above, most of the pants are slim, and the jacket barely even have a lapel. I also think this is a terrible article. I don't see how women have confused athleticism and beauty; maybe they have, but no reason is given. It was almost impossible to understand at first.

Icelander's Campaign a Joke, Until He's Elected
I just hope they lead the country well. Or rather, the city. But you could almost say the country since 2/3 of the country lives in the area.

No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
The suggestions are implied I guess, you just have to look at what she's denouncing and do the opposite. When it comes to music, if artists looked back to the blues-tainted rock that is mentioned in the article and got a sense of the heat that characterized those lyrics, that would be a start. The thumbs up to curves that celebrities like Kim Kardashian give is another. YSL's popularization of pantsuits was beautiful, but a step in the wrong direction in this specific case. The idea is in general to refeminise women (as opposed to men), remasculinise men (as opposed to boys) and bring the eroticism that died out in the 70s back.

I think most of the people ITT are under 18 anyways. Once you stop growing, then buying expensive clothing is probably the best investment, but until then, stick to the high street.

No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
I think she's trying to draw a line between eroticism and bland sexuality, the latter being what we get from the media most.

No Sex Please, We're Middle Class
I'm pretty sure she meant that white-collar men and women suffer of a lack of libido because pop culture, particularly music and fashion, lack the eroticism that it used to have. Not a bad idea. You could be the designer that crushes the blandness of menswear, Zierro!

Nah, they have splendid songs out there. But Get On Your Boots, damn, what a bland one. Thank god for Justice's healing hands.

Electronic Music
Yeah, it's out. It's too repetitive for me. But maybe that's what's good for the movie.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
You could still use them only when it's a tough call.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
Obviously they weren't putting their all into it, all they needed to do was defend.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
They say it would interrupt the flow of the game. That's a formidably stupid argument considering the game was stopped for thirty seconds because the players were arguing with the ref. You can see at least eight angles of the shot during that time, and you can't make mistakes. #-o

You're thinking way too much. Music is made to be enjoyed. It's not a competition, there's no cheating.

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
England looks pretty discouraged to me.

Most overrated band/artist
The problem with saying these bands are overrated is that you weren't there at the time they were created. The concepts that were new at the time aren't really new anymore, they're nothing outstanding. That's sort of like saying the Beatles are overrated. They weren't when they were first releasing songs. I don't use last.fm, but wtf? How is there a better way to find music, efficiency aside?

World Cup 2010 - South Africa!
I don't think anyone is going to say that wasn't a valid goal, but from the ref's angle it would have been hard to make a call. It's a fantastic example of why video evidence should be able to undo certain ref calls in professional soccer. Who's even arguing against the introduction of cameras to aid reffing?
