That's an option I don't even consider: no drops at all, having to watch prayer and stuff (I sometimes lag) and the crompehensive melee guide in the AoW (one of the best guides there is as far as I know) says the exp ain't great.

That's a good idea: mixing gets less boring indeed. I don't have guthans (am to cheap to buy it: I spend most of my cash on skills) Dags are indeed fast, but not that great with drops (at spectres, which are slower exp, I get like 10ranarr an hour at the least, and some snapseeds from time to time too) But thanks for the advice anyways: dags are an option I overlooked, and they involve a whole lot less clicking :thumbsup: I also forgot another option: dust devils with bones to peaches, but chances are small I might get a d chain :pray: (maybe an option if I want some range-levels for jad)

train hunter? (chinchompa's and implings) kill monsters that you can handle easily and give steady drops? Train woodcutting and fletching? Pick flax (and spin it) and sell it? (more boring than rc) Mine pure ess and sell?

Maybe the giant mole (you'll need to use to much p pots to make it profitable though) my suggestion: train your levels higher, or just pick a high-combat monster, see if you can kill it easily, and if you can, try a higherlevel monster. (until you find a monster that's easy enough for you to kill and still gives you nice drops from time to time)

OK, I want 99str current stats: 80att 91str 80def 86hp 61pray I got a house with portals to all but lumby and mounted glory, so getting arround and recharging prayer goes kinda fast. I got a few options: (*Slayer--> not for now, currently got 73slay, and only get tasks which I need ranged or mage for or else are way to slow) *ankou: good cash and easy exp (got bones to peaches), but always crowded *bloodvelds: like ankou, only no clues *abberant spectres: drop a lot of herbs and seeds, got me some herblorelevels, but not so fast str exp and constant pray is best (ranarr-drops compensate it) *green drags level35 wildy (downside: I only wear 3 valuable things and auto-retal off, so I don't risk anything) these are good for my praylevel *yaks: never tried them, but hey seem to be rather fast exp, but don't got any good drops I'd like to hear people opinions about: *what might be best monsters to kill to get that 99str *how fast it will go (I don't know exactly how much I play, maybe 2hours a day, maybe more; it would be great to achieve 99str before X-mas) *what to do with the drops (like with spectres, I estimate to get enough herbs for 75 herblore; but need to kill 19k of them; with green drags, I most likely get 70+ pray;...) If someone thinks of other options, be welcome to share them with me.

I had the same problem: the shanty who's selling the passes isn't always under the awning: just stand between the 4 pillar-thingies where the dude hangs out (the ground is coloured differently there too)

And what about the goldmine of "between a rock" quest? If you wear a ring of charos(a), you get a serious discount, so that's a lot of ores per hour and no need to bank.

Why should they be burthroped? If you wear the right god-gear, you don't get attacked and if you only attack rangers that are engaged in combat with someone/something else, you get riskfree exp (and might get a few good drops too)

yes, bones to bananas is useless to heal inthere, just take some monks like he said and use them to heal, and put the fruit in the chute. (once you earned bones to peaches, it's way more easy and way less running)

long bow is pretty powerfull, but way to slow short bow is less powerful, but has good speed composite bow is kinda mix between them (I think they're slightly better then long or short) (all off course if you compare long, short and composite of the same material)

Greaters drop good clues from time to time. (I got 73 range, and am thinking to get it to 80 one time too; so I can go after jad)

This means you probably have to have finished the quest the book is about, and if not questrelated, read the book or found it? edit: I did all quests, and done a lot of minigames and stuff, and got more books then I'm willing to count (like queen-help book from BA)

It's not about the profit, it's a bout the exp: the people alching them break even, the people selling them get fast and no to expensive smith exp. (and are to lazy to alch them theirselves)

Or just go on the official rs forums and make a polite thread in which you explain whatbmonster you want to kill, how manny times and what kind of teammates you look for.

Or maybe mine about 1k p ess and either sell, or go to ZMI altar (take a lot of boby runes with you to bank) and craft until you got 44rc and then go craft nats.

my advice: either do it via moneytransfer or: wait until you get your own credit card AND train your skills ready for membership, earn some cash, get some resources,... (first thing I did when I became member, was using all normal logs I saved up in a few days to get 35fletch in about an hour)

MEP2 ain't hard, just anoying, and you got to put a lot of p pots in it

looking at your stats, I'd say, go with hunt: the first dude who got 99 hunt did it in 4 days (so if he was totally insane; that's a max of 96hours gameplay if you always got the spawn for yourself)

If you just started the account, do witch potion: it gets you some easy magelevels.
