Fate?
It's ok, you don't understand it. Don't worry about it. I'm talking about it being pre determined, rather than being able to predict it. If you are going to argue a theory about sub atomic particles, don't argue about objects and people. I'm just using real life objects to help explain what's going on with the particles.

Pvp drops
I don't want a really good drop, I want something other than junk. For a full rune kill, I'd be happy with like rune legs. Having to be out of a safe zone is only 1 thing influencing the drops, the others are all fine. I know I'm not supposed to get good drops every time but I've gotten a lot of kills and been given nothing for it. I've been trying to test the 'stay out of safe zones' thing but keep getting screwed up. If i hide for 20 minutes, kill a couple people before going after a full rune I keep getting my food wasted by things like wannabe pures and people attacking me when I'm killing someone else while he's running away. I'm out... I came back to runescape for pvp and if I can't even break even there is no point - I hate skilling. I'm just gonna sell my accounts and be done with it.

Fate?
It's the same thing. Nothing can happen without a trigger. To make a car, once you get past all the machines it comes from ideas which comes from moving particles. If a number of chemicals create something, it's still based on moving particles. How they came to mix is also based on moving particles.

Pvp drops
Usually once before each rune kill, sometimes 2 or 3 because of failed attempts or being attacked by others. I do usually get a couple of 1 itemer kills before I go after people in full rune without banking. An inventory of lobsters does disappear fairly quick with 1 defense when people are hitting 18s.

Fate?
Seriously.. If you don't understand the thread then don't post. Moving particles causes nerves to send signals, everything stays at it's current state unless it's acted upon. It's not what if, it's logic. Yeah this is basically it. Yea, but if velocity and acceleration suddenly change, don't all your predictions go out the window? How can they change unless they are acted upon? If you throw a ball and somebody else throws a ball that collides with it, as long as you knew about the other ball you can precisely predict both balls path, as well as anything else they might hit.

Fate?
I've always thought fate was an excuse people use when they are too weak to change their situation, but I was reading the dancing wu li masters (quite an interesting book) when a theory I read blew my mind. Everyone knows that you can predict things such as moving objects. If you know the velocity, force, mass and friction of an object, you can know exactly where it will be at what speed at any time in the future. Even now, trillions of objects are moving in the world, and with some information they can all be predicted. This means that five minutes ago, their position now was inevitable. This can go further and further back to the creation of the universe. Technically, this means our free will is an illusion and the ball was set in motion from the creation of the universe. Here's why: Everything that goes on in our brain can be broken down to a subatomic level. Anything that can ever occur starts off with moving subatomic particles, which can hypothetically be predicted. The thing is, one of the many contradictions to common sense in physics is relevant here: Both the position and momentum of a subatomic particle cannot be known to people. The accurate we get with one, the less accurate we get with the other. We can know the exact location, but we will have no idea about it's momentum. Nobody knows why, but that's just how it works. This also proves fortune tellers are quacks. When you bring in that rule, we can't know that fate exists or not. We know that people cannot physically predict subatomic particles accurately, but we can't tell if they fall under the same laws as everything else in the universe. There is no reason why they shouldn't, but there is no way to prove it. I had a theory that knowing the exact properties of a particle is impossible because it is influenced by other particles. This means it would be possible if we could monitor every particle in the universe and use complex algorithms to determine the momentum and position of all of them at the same time. Then and only then would we be able to determine the future. Just like you can predict a probable outcome if you throw a ball at a certain speed, but to know for sure you have to know about the second ball hitting it which will change it's path. I find it scary that there is a fair 50% chance that everything I do, think about and achieve could have been predetermined from the creation of the universe.

Pvp drops
I'm not looking for a lot, I'm looking for something. All I really want is enough to pay for my lobs arrows and runes and occasional deaths. I looked on the way the drops are supposed to work, and read about the more kills and the longer you stay out of a safe zone the better drops you get amongst other things. Hows this: I waited 10 minutes, then got attacked by 2 1 itemers who I killed. I then attacked someone a higher level than me who had full addy g and a skull. (I was risking about 70k on f2p) After wasting a bunch of each others food I ran to a hot zone and killed her. She dropped less than 5k worth of junk. I would say it was impressive because she was a higher level, I had let my hp drop to around 10 a couple times, and I had like 5 food left. With the lure I am using, I have killed well over 10 skulled people in full rune or more in hot zones. I made a bit one day, came back 2 days later with 10 more magic and got 6-7 more skulled full rune kills and got nothing over 5k. This isn't including the many other kills of people risking over the minimum for f2p, and gotten nothing for it. Does the drop system need tweaking or am I just that unlucky? *Edit: Three more full rune kills in hot zones, 2 of them after killing a couple other people. More defense amulets and sardines. I then got koed, mistaking a rune pure for a noob because he was hitting so low. I have caused people to lose well over 3m all up on a level 55, then died only once and lost 70-80k worth of stuff and now I'm down like 50k. This isn't including the addy arrows, lobsters and runes which makes it a fair bit more. (death runes I used alone added up to over 50k) Everybody's a comedian :wall:

how to get good drops in pvp
As long as you pk with over 70k, anything more doesn't make a difference. The drops are mostly based on what the guy you killed loses, and whether you are in a hot zone or not. Hence why you are getting junk for killing 1 itemers.

pvp protect items question
Oh god not another 1 itemer -.- About a third of lumb on pvp worlds are 1 itemers who are just out there to piss people off and waste their food.

Growth Of Runescape.
Err... Since the last game engine update, and because of the new way Jagex does the rendering, they can do pretty much whatever they want with the game.

Runners
I'm probably have to go see a doctor about it. I ran the race okay, and my leg didn't hurt. About 10 minutes after the race I went to do my cooldown run, and found all I could do was limp. That's happened to me heaps of times, and I was fine after a few days. It's because you don't warm down and stretch soon enough after your race.

Runners
I won't be able to run a 400m time any better than that - I'd need a faster 100m time, and for some reason I can't get any quicker. I get trained by someone who competes in the games, and haven't improved my 100m time in 2 years. No amount of training, supplements and diet monitoring did anything and I was so pissed off because neither of us ever figured out why.

Runners
I used to be a sprinter, but I have barely trained this year because I'm in grade 12 and don't have the time. My PBs: 100m - 11.40 200m - 24ish Can't remember exactly 400m - 52 flat - This was the last 406m (inaccurate track) I did, and it was on a crappy grass track so I would have done better on tartan. The 100m time isn't too good, I did that in grade 10 at regionals and haven't been able to beat it since. I usually run around 11.5 After school I might switch to running 5km. Not sure what my time is for that right now but I run 6km in under 30 mins. Not much of a distance runner right now so I could improve that a fair bit pretty quickly. Not sure what my time for a mile would be, as I said I'm pretty bad at distance but I think I could do it in under 6 minutes without too much trouble. That's only 6 laps at 1:30 per lap.

Anyone have a rune pure/pure 80-90 combat?
I have a level 84 ranger and I'm curious to how it will do against rune pures. If anybody has a rune/zerker pure around level 84 and wouldn't mind spending some time dueling me in f2p then reply with your user name. I have 91 range so I should give you a decent fight.

Rune Berserker for PvP? (F2P)
You are? Good to know. What? Learn to read. I asked if he was trolling because there have been a lot of stupid posts about specific items going up for pvp. Any items that will rise, will have risen a month ago, and only because people are investing. The only people who won't waste their money are the people that sell soon, while new investors are buying up items.

Will kebab be used when PKing in F2P?Conclusion P.5!
The only thing they could be useful for would be junk food. Like when you bank with low hp, you use junk food to heal instead of lobs. Kebabs aren't too convenient though because it takes a long time to buy them one at a time.

PvP Worlds: Should it be Members Only
Sure, they lose POTENTIAL ad money, but it wouldn't leave Jagex worse off than they are now. All they have to risk is gaining potential subscription money Pking is done much more in f2p than p2p, even a fair amount of members come to f2p to pk. I really doubt many people will subscribe for pvp worlds if they haven't already for bounty hunter. Chances are Jagex will generate more ad money if the pvp is f2p, than they would in subscriptions if the pvp is p2p. It's supposed to replace the old wilderness anyway, which was f2p from the beginning.
