Ignore this guy: You can train your strength/range higher to match the bonuses that prayer would have given you, and be at the same level you would be if you had gotten prayer. So essentially if you don't get prayer than you can have the bonuses of prayer, the bonuses don't run out with prayer points, and you have a higher hp at the same level. If you want to go in the med crater (55-100) then by all mean get prayer, however you will disadvantage yourself for when the pvp worlds come out until you reach higher combat levels.

wat? Magic blows in f2p, it's slow and has a low max hit. In FOG everyone uses magic because of the free runes, and thus wears robes and dhide. I played FOG a couple weeks ago and got 1k rating and rarely saw armor on anyone over level 40. Using range on my level 84, I haven't been beaten 1 on 1 in bounty hunter. At higher levels it's very accurate, hits decent with prayer and it's quite fast. You hit constant 14-16's on rune, but anybody with half a brain takes off their armor. I hit constant 14-16's at well over twice the rate you do on any kind of armor or defense.

Personally I'd go, but then again I do a lot of stupid things like snowboarding with a broken arm so it's probably a good idea to do the opposite.

I've used limewire for about 3 years and haven't gotten a virus, but the first thing I tried to get from a bittorrent tracker thing (I think it was TPB, maybe not) had a few viruses on it, including a trojan that attempted to open a backdoor on my computer. Well if you're not stupid and don't go around downloading torrents with bad comments, or try to download a movie that's 22mb or something, you'll be fine. Personally I would use that money to get 90 range and to range aviansies which brings a fair amount of money. (2.2k per kill on average in addy bars, then you will get alches etc) With 60 defense and crappy armor I could easily last as long as I had bolts and b2p tabs, tanking will be easy for you at 70 defense. You could easily rake in a million gp within a few hours.

If you want to train for the 400m then do reps of 200m and 300m, and then do shorter stuff to work on your speed. It's a hard event - If you don't feel like you are dying when you train for the 400m then you aren't training hard enough.

I doubt it, I'm pretty sure the majority of the pking will be next to the border near the safe zones so they can run out quickly.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure because of the way the router works anything it connects to will see the router's ip and not the pc/xbox etc.

If you don't know then don't post. You won't be mistaken for multi logging, because Jagex detects it differently. When you log in, if you don't already the server will put a uid file on your computer. When you log in, it will be with that uid until you delete it and it gives you a new one. You can find the file at C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32\ it used to be called uid.dat, now it's random.dat. Since you and your brother will log in with different uids, you won't get done for multi logging.

The water on the floor is a breech of the workplace health and safety act, they can actually get in serious trouble for it. Whoever spilled the water and didn't clean it up is at fault, and legally so is the manager. You could try telling them about the WPHaS, and that you don't want to make a big fuss about it, just a little better compensation for their screw up.

If the server didn't know when packets aren't being set, how would the time out thing work? I'm pretty sure it's not client side because then edited client macros in the past would have disabled it.

My dad learned pretty quickly that any restrictions he tries to put on the computer are quickly and easily evaded by me. I bought my own computer about a year ago though.
