Just posting a bit of an early WIP, trying to decide what to do with the right side of it. First time really trying something with a sprite, any CC very welcome.

Wow, that wallpaper just comited murder against my vision. Also its much too small for probably 80% of the desktops here.

The background looks like a gradient, with a motion blur added on it and a filter or two added to it. Point is it has a lot to work on. Get some brushes and work with that. Try and stay away from filters unless you know what you're doing with them, filter piles are bad and often end up poorly. Not much to really comment on, just you really need to work on it.

Nice work. Its good to see another good artist come to these boards, hopefully you'll stay. Anyways the second and third images are probably my favorite. A question but do you do your own 3D renders? I ask that because the one in the second image looks very nice.

I have to say, your cat looks great. :D The photograph nearly looks like a painting, very nice. Don't really have anything to comment on other than cute cat. :P

Not really a big fan of it mate, sorry :(. It looks fine but compared to any of your other sigs its just miles bellow them, you definitely have better ones you could enter.

Thanks you two. Sorry I haven't posted anything in a couple of days, trying to brainstorm for a webpage template. I found a site (well a friend sent it to me) that people can host contests on for money. Needless to say I'm giving a shot on an uncoded web page template. I did have something I was working on but I"m probably going to scrape it and start over, lot of competition.

I like it. :P . Nice vibrant colors, not a large fan of the text though.

I might get if a few months down the road if I get some cash, I dunno. Just preordered the orange box so don't want to buy anything else.

First of all that myth isn't true. The biggest thing is that no one really cares about old emulators since the games aren't making any more money. Secondly an .iso file is nothing but a CD I believe. You should just be able to run it as is or burn it onto a CD. Finally an xbox emulator is really out of the question. What I don't get is why you don't just buy the game for PC, since it is out for it.

It isn't unfair. It's a school computer, you don't have a right to play games on it. If they want to give out that privilege they can, but if they don't you aren't missing anything, you just are gaining nothing. I hardly think it's fair for a student with nothing to do - homework and classwork - just to sit there and do nothing for the rest of the lesson. playing games is a way to avoid severe boredom. Boredom is what causes so many people try to misbehave. People want some fun. Not much to ask for. If you finish your work work ahead, its common sense.

That system is awesome. Heaven forbid you actually work in a class. Thanks to guys like you all the good computer classes I could take in high school seemed to be slacker courses and I never learned a thing (except for C++).

Watch some of the really crappy but hilariously funny horror films. I have a hard time going into a horror film now without thinking its going to be really cheesy. Also just prep yourself up for whats going to happen. If you know it'll happen it won't scare you. And, trust me, most films are pretty easy to predict.

I used both 3D renders and brushes, hell sometimes I'll use stock photos to get what I want. It all really depends on the signature.

Indeed :P . Also I found the easiest song in the world tonight, Parasite. On expert I got 99% lol missed like 3 notes.

V2 is ages better, good job.

Good band. :) Its not a bad sig. Nothing I can really say about it, I think the 3D render sticks out too much though. Try and hide it a bit with brushing.

Nah I've worn out that inferno sig, I've used it for like a year it seems. :lol:
