I think it's called we're tired of him beating the poor dead horse that is the subject of bots and wish he'd find something else to talk about. TBH, I find it funny. He's 12, and reports people who don't talk, but he can't see chat. Yet, he probably bots himself, as he's 12 ofc. I lol every time I think about it. The bot hunter who can't talk.

I was able to get 88-92, almost 93 herblore. :cool: Kinda just hopping around from skill to skill now.

I have no strong feelings either way. It's an improvement, IMO.

You still have to factor the time getting all that exp, no? You can't just magically gain 200m exp in those skills even if you are a very efficient multitasker. You can get 200m fletching and 200m magic without spending any extra time.

That kind of activity is very suspicious, usually indicative of a bot. Reported. I lol'd.

I keep reading about reseting the timer. What happened? :blink: I haven't logged in yet today. Basicaly, your timer resets at a given time. Some people got it after hours, I got it after 12 minutes, others after 5. <_< That's really weird. And it happened because of the dungeoneering bug? GG Mod Fnord, you tried and failed a SECOND time. If this isn't a wakeup call for Jagex to stop these ridiculous events, I don't know what is. I'm gonna be pissed off if my multiplier doesn't reset at exactly one hour.

I think it's more like: - Your friends are going to say 10/10 no matter what. - Everyone else is going to rate honestly. Very few 99s will get 10 ratings, so a lot of people get upset when people who aren't their friends rate lower than a 10. My first 99 was Constitution, and I posted it on Rate This! knowing full well that it wouldn't get 10s from people who didn't know me. I was really happy about it, so I didn't care.

Oh, please no. Getting one fire cape was bad enough. I dont want to do it again. ;_; I don't know if I have enough effort to kill Jad again, it's been a while since the first time. With overloads and a chaotic weapon, it's pretty easy to get through the entire caves in less than 40 minutes. ;)

Can anyone give me a list of the new rewards from each case? I might consider doing the Party Pete one for that afro.

That fact that you're reluctant to train slayer beyond 99 says as much. What a bizarre claim. There is another explanation. Even liking Slayer, I may want to level up other skills in which I have yet to reach 99, knowing that those skills would be of benefit in the game. Under your logic, any skill that is not being actively trained, for whatever reason, is a hated skill. If you are training fishing, that means that you hate or, at least, dislike, all other skills. So, the fact that I would rather watch the basketball game instead of the football game proves that I hate football. The fact that I chose to go to Movie A instead of Movie B proves that I hate Movie B. According to your logic, saying “I do like Slayer, but for my overall enjoyment of the game, I would rather focus my time on other lower-leveled skills” is the same as saying, “I hate Slayer.” So weird. So wrong. Interesting analysis of my psyche. It's inaccurate, but certainly interesting. So can I assume that you agree with me on the fire cape issue? Your entire post was directed at the most insignificant comment in my post, so I can only assume that you found my actual arguments to be sound.

I think it was the huge uproar on the RSOF and these forums over the fire cape requirement, because of which the 2,000 slayer point alternative was implemented. Don't want to get a fire cape? Get 2,000 slayer points. Those are your options, regardless of how much you whine and cry about it. Not an applicable comparison for reasons explained above. Well, I certainly agree that you're whining.

Yes it will. I have 99 slayer, but can't get a Ice Wyrms task because I don't have a worthless Fire Cape. And I don't have 2,000 Slayer points because I got almost all my Slayer xp before the points system was introduced. So, if I must get a Ice Wyrms task, I will need to either get a Fire Cape ( which ain't gonna happen ) or continue to train a skill in which I already have a level of 99. If getting an Ice Wyrms task, or killing an Ice Wyrms will be the elite task requirement, this is a one-off from the achievement diaries' tasks. The tasks have generally been about skill achievements, not content achievements. Being required to kill an Ice Wyrm would be the same as being required to enter the level 75 Dungeoneering Cave while wearing full Void, which is only partially about the skill of Dungeoneering. Being required to kill an Ice Wyrms, as opposed to just having 93 Slayer, would make about as much sense as being required to fish a shark while wearing a blue phat. Your comparison would make sense if blue party hats required a fishing level to wear. Seeing as how ice wyrms are a SLAYER monster with a SLAYER LEVEL requirement, slaying an ice wyrm for the diary makes plenty of sense. Don't want a fire cape? You got your compromise in the form of 2,000 slayer points, so quit complaining and start slaying. Why get 99 in a skill you don't like, anyway? That makes far less sense than what you're complaining about.
