I made through the quest perfectly fine, and thought it was a lot of fun and pretty challenging. Almost lost Vargas a few times because I couldn't keep up with feeding him, but it was fine.

Sadly, the Waterbirth shortcut does not work after the quest. :|

Why loading twice? Probably because the yak can hold 30 ores, so if he loads it whenever he gets 15 ores or so, it's probably a little less annoying than loading it with 28 ores, then another 2.

I remember thinking that they dropped sigils and elixirs after Summer's End was released. I actually did a lot of rev hunting hoping that I was right. Alas... but, anyway, I like the idea of revs dropping sigils. I think they should be extraordinarily rare, however.

I guess I'm just really unlucky. Oh well. Doing a 240 Dark Beasts task right now, so hopefully I can make up for it.

I know that it's possible, as people used to do it to get multiple capes. I'm pretty sure it's pretty simple (eagle eye, void, good range weapon), but I thought I'd ask anyway. How can I complete the Fight Caves in an hour or less? I'll only be doing it on slayer tasks, if that helps. I know someone who did it with a halberd and slayer helm, though he had turmoil and soul split. Thanks.

Agility kills me. Getting 70 was the hardest I've ever worked in Runescape.

It's about 37k total experience. If you can do it in an hour, I'd say it's worth it. A fire cape is a pretty good reward, even if you have one.

Unless you're absolutely loaded with cash, the best way train Herblore is to DYI it with Farming, MTK, and (in my case, anyway) Slaying. Use your extra money to buy herbs and seconds, but you'll definitely have to consider doing it the hard way.

I haven't done any testing to confirm this, but I'm absolutely positive that a high level combat familiar + Saradomin Sword is better than a unicorn/bunyip + ferocious ring. In all possible cases, multicombat is probably better than single. And, yes, gargoyles are weak to crush.
